Coffee#1 Droitwich — Restaurant in Wychavon

We visited here Saturday 25th July in the morning.. on entering the shop, we approach the counter, and was told, not asked, to put a face mask on, he tried to explain he was drinking in, but she repeated, you need a face mask, so he popped it on, while drinking our coffee, and eating our cake with now our masks off, we watched, the girl saving who served us, only other person off about 15 or so people who came in for coffee, she asked to wear a mask was a girl of about 14 years old. I came here today with my mum and was applaud of what I witnessed. The tables were full of dirty dishes and the one server was going to tidy up and the other told him to stop to help her. Than waited over 10 minutes to order even though the woman looked up saw me but still let me stand there and then when she took my order she didn't even apologise for the wait. Then she got my order wrong! when he made my drinks they were latte not frappes which she said it was me. But when the young man checked the receipt it was frappes he was very polite but I was not satisfied with her...

Reason for just giving it two is that I'm coming here with a pensioner order of a flat write coffee £2.85 and a pot of tea which I would prefer the mug was £2.20 and a teacake, that she nearly try to give me a tea cake that she literally ruined is in 4 pieces but if you've got her 12-inch diameter cupboard it was a diameter of tea cake almost in bits that she's trying to give us a refused and that's the reason why I'm only giving it a two star because it's just hot and it's warm in here...
