The Dead Zone Edit: In response to snippy owner, I'm an arcade enthusiast and wanted to see what they had. Stopped in, all rip off modern games, no classics and terrible prizes in the machines. Absolutely a joke to even mention arcade on the sign when it's a terrible "arcade" where half the machines seem to be candy dispensers. I went in middle of a holiday week and at lunch time and it was an absolute ghost town, guess the owner has nothing better to do because there was no one behind the front desk, no employees in sight, they're too busy responding to 1 star reviews to clean the place or update it at all Joke of a business there ya go how was that review for you

It’s good for what it is. The employees were nice, made sure we were having fun. You get an hour on the lanes, which equates to two rounds depending on how many people you have in your group. They have a bar and pineball machines you can play while waiting for your lane. A small arcade is located on the far right side. They have a lot of kids birthday parties on the weekends, but they seemed to keep those to one side and let’s other use the other side. 16 lanes in total. Parking out side was plentiful. They do have a change machine over by the bar. It cost 40 per hour for a lane. Decent price for the three of us to split. I would come back and play again.

I have only done 10 pin bowling so candlestick bowling was fun and unique. Would have loved to have time to finish our 2nd game . It must be another unique feature to pay by the hour and not by games bowled. There was a large group of children there and no fault to the owner as parents were on their phones and not providing proper supervision. Several children were running down the lanes repeatedly and injury from a ball strike was certainly a fear of mine. It was a very fun hour and I will visit again when I come to Westminster to visit family

This place should be shut down permanently....I don't know if the older lady is the owner or just an employee but she was so incredibly rude and made our 3 year old little girl cry her way out of this place. Thinking of something to do on a Saturday night we decided to go to this place for our little one to play games and pick out a toy at the end which is what a 3 year old really wants at the end of the day. After 2 hours in this place We spent $40 total trying to get enough to get the toy she wanted. Bad enough half the machines don't work right or don't work at all but worse then that was the fact that at the end of wasting 2 hours and $40 the nasty attitude women tells us the machine is frozen and to come back another time. We explain to our 3 year old that we can't get the toy she picked out and then she starts crying so loud and tears dripping down her face that we both felt so awful for her. I told the lady the card loader machine shows the balance and we can give her the card with her knowing what the balance is in exchange for the toy she wanted so she could just deduct the points when the machine comes back online right? Nope. She tells us she can't do it now so she won't do it and to come back another time, mind you this is all said with the worse attitude and for no aparent reason..All while our little one is screaming crying her brains out. We could not believe how we were treated and how little she cared out our daughters feelings or the money we spent here. I can tell you right now we will never go back to this awful place and I hope who ever is reading this takes our advice and stay for away from this broken down,...

Had my daughters birthday party here and was not impressed. The party that was in the room I had reserved for our party time was just hanging out in there doing there own thing. The staff did nothing to move them out of the room which meant all my guests had nowhere to go or put their stuff. The lady at the counter was super rude and told me I wouldn't have the option of adding anymore kids to the names on the lanes. I asked for another lane for the adults in our party and she told me no, that was not an option. There were open lanes next to where we were bowling so we went back up after she left the counter and had to talk to someone else to reserve a lane for the adults to bowl, which because there were open lanes, it was no issue. We didn't get to go into our room for the party until 40 minutes after the time our room was supposed to be available. The floor in the party room was so gross and sticky, all of our shoes were sticking to it wherever we stepped. The pizza was good and the previously rude lady did track me down candles which was redeeming. Then we went to the arcade and alot of the games were broken. I then cleaned up the room while my kids were playing so the poor people that were after me didn't have to wait an extra 40 minutes for the room like I did. For what I paid to have the party there vs. the experience we had it was definitely not in line. Won't...

I attended a 23Jan elementary school PTO event:

"Bowling (2 hours), shoe rental and unlimited arcade games, pizza, drinks and ice cream are all included in your ticket price" was listed on the flier.

Our event began at 5pm. At 5:20pm, the organizer asked for arcade cards. A staffer said that arcade cards were not included for the event. A call to the owner and ~ 25 minutes later, arcade cards began to appear. My children got their arcade cards at 5:57pm.

At 5:30pm, I asked a staffer for pizza. I was told that I had to wait for a staffer to count the people in my lane. When the pizza was ready, one slice per bowler would be delivered. My children got their one slice of pizza each at 6:15pm. If you have small children who are ready for pizza at 5:15pm, you know how grumpy waiting an hour can make them.

The "unlimited" ice cream was served by the same unfriendly staffer who told me I should wait for pizza. I am not sure how ice cream served by one person from ~ 6:45pm to 6:57pm with a long line (for 16 lanes each holding 2 families of bowlers) qualifies as unlimited, but by then I had given up speaking to the staff.

It is lovely if the owner wants to support local schools. However, preparing at least a couple pizzas and all the arcade cards before event guests arrive, giving correct directions to staffers, and employing pleasant staff would be...
