I had a disappointing experience at this place. We were overcharged for our food, charged for 3 items instead of 2, and weren’t given a receipt at the time of purchase. I only realized the discrepancy after checking my bank transaction text and noticing the charge was higher than expected. I called the restaurant to get a breakdown, and initially they couldn’t even find our order. Eventually, they acknowledged the mistake and admitted to charging us for an extra item. When I asked for a refund, I was told I’d have to come back in person, even though I had already driven quite a distance away. I mentioned I could return the next day, but the staff member (who identified himself as Ricardo) then changed his response and claimed they had already refunded the amount to my card. As of now (a full day later), no refund has appeared on my account, not even as a pending transaction. To be fair, I should have double-checked the transaction earlier. That would have saved me some back-and-forth. But it’s the lack of transparency and inconsistent responses that left a bad impression. Small things like this, especially when mishandled by staff, really hurt a business’s reputation. I’m now planning to go back to this place in person to ask for a refund on the...
Read moreLove the options and toppings to chose from . Use real sour cream not stuff that's been watered down to squirt though a bottle. However, The first time we went my son's chicken was all fat and didn't look cooked. It was the first week they opened jn acton so I figured, someone made a mistake, it happens. I went alone one day and got the barbacoa burrito and it was pretty greasy. But tastey.... I didn't realize how greasy it was until my 3rd and final try. Got the carnitas burrito.... I took it home and it was so greasy it went though the paper bag and ruined my car. It fell thorough the bag as I walked into my home. And when I opened it to look there Las greasy dripping ALL OVER THE PLACE! I couldn't even hold it in my hands because it slipped out. If they could keep their meant moist in another way other then a ton of greased, I'd go back a 4th time because I really enjoy the flavors...
Read moreChipotle - if one tries to mimic the famous taste of its burrito bowl one has to be very sure how to do it. It comes out flat in comparision with Chipotle burrito bowl. Let me explain you my experience. First Rice has no option, Maxican style rice has chicken flavor/broth in it. So you only got white rice. Which is cooked in too much oil. Black bean is not very nicely done. You can feel it while you chew your bite. Veggies are blend and has too much onions. Rest they try to stuff everything that chipotle has to offer in Veggie Burrito Bowl. What it lacks is harmony of the ingredients. It lacks taste. I advise chef or cook to come up with their authentic version of burrito bowl or get close to chipotle. I wish i had another aternative but we were disappointed with...
