Went to pick up a phone ordered from Verizon. Kayla, ( not sure if she gave the correct name but the day she was working is Wednesday, July, 10th at approximately 7pm) the csr lack professionalism. To receive the product she stated I needed to sign and proceeded to explain a 14 day policy. As I started to read the information on I noticed it spoke of a 2 year contract I proceeded to ask about that and instead of explaining this is standard on the receipt she said- well you can't leave here without signing it so do whatever. I was extremely appalled at her tone with the response and ask her to not speak to me in this manner. She then went on to b rude- arm folding and extremely unprofessional when all I was doing was asking a question. When she realize her behavior was uncalled for she retorted I gave her attitude since I walked in. I was extremely surprised as we barely exchanged words before then.
This person should not b directly interacting with customers. I wanted to purchase a case .but because of her attitude I decided to go to...
Read moreI called the phone number listed to inquire if they had the iphone I was looking for and to make an appointment. The customer service rep on the phone said they had one phone left and I could make an appointment that day. When I showed up to the appointment, the sales associate indicated that he did not have the phone and that the phone customer service reps do not have the accurate view of their inventory. I responded simply that I had called the number listed on google for his store and made an appointment based on this information. He then proceeded to indicate that it wasn't a big deal and not the end of the world, that there was no need to get upset and that there is nothing he can do about the fact that the phone number is incorrect. By the way, I was not upset but I was after I left. I recommend improving the customer service response for your associates. He could simply have apologized for the confusion and that he will provide this feedback on the inventory discrepancy to his management to avoid inconveniencing clients...
Read moreOnly one person at this location knows the android system and all the rest of the staff of consideration numbers only know the iPhone. No training on all merchandise is provided to staff nor is there any planning to do so. I'm told to come back on the day the Android person (manager) is on, but won't tell me when that is for so called privacy and safety regulations. On staff member said to me "they don't care about things unless it directly affects them."; hence why no training on different systems are offered. Every teaches on the type of phone they already know because it's their personal choice of phone. Only 1 out of roughly 6 staff knows the android but not the problems that appear to be specific to the newer models S24 on. I wish I never traded in my old phone and I know have regrettably done so at a franchise that doesn't know the phone and refuses to replace the 9 day old brand new phone newest to the shelf. I suggest not to go to this location at all unless you need to buy...
