Regal Independence — Attraction in Akron

We had the best experience at this location thanks to young fellow named Parker. He went out of his way to greet us at the door. He set us up with our tickets and even gave us coupons for snacks to help our family out in these trying times. Not all heroes wear capes and prime example of this would be this young man Parker. We were having some car trouble after getting out of our movie. Parker comes out and tries to help fix the car with us. All efforts were for not and my wife who works 3rd shift had to get home to get her car to get to work. This gentleman pulls up in a Lamborghini Aventador and casually tosses me his keys, nods, and says she pulls a little in 1st ease into 2nd. He just walks away a hero I get my wife to her car for work and my kids get to ride in this beautiful machine making memories that will last forever. We get back to our broken car and Parker is out there in the rain with grease smudged on his face and cuts on his hands and he comes up to us and says you are all safe to drive home now. I try to give him money for his help and he said to me you keep this for your kids come back and see a movie at this theater I call home. I can tell you we came back many times my kids more excited to see Parker than any movie we were...

WHAT THE HECK!?? Here's the story -

I purchased tickets on my TOTALLY LEGIT regal app (the real regal app) for the one-oh-clock showing of the new film JUNGLE CRUISE. I arrived at the door at 12:59 and IT WAS LOCKED. I COULD NOT SEE THE MOVIE BECAUSE THEY SOLD ME TICKETS TO A FILM WHEN THEY WERE CLOSED. I called and someone picked up, they were annoying rude and sounded like they had a bad headache. THEY SAID I COULD COME SEE A MOVIE BUT THEY WOULD CHARGE ME MORE!! THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME

I tried to buy some popcorn and had the regal points, but they wouldn't give me the free popcorn even after I asked multiple times. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR MY FREE POPCORN AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME POINTS. I HAVE OVER 3000 POINTS BUT NO POPCORN.

I am a registered nurse and they tried to scam me out of my hard earned money. They also refused to charge my phone even though I had a charger. and my popcorn tasted like stale bread. Pretty sure the employee spit in it or something. Horrible experience. Why would any self-respectung human go to this place. Another communist zoo run by fatface liberals. STOP RYINING THEATERS AND GIVE PEOPLE WHAT THEY ASK FOR AND DONT SCAM YOU CON ARTISTS

honestly terrible experience, probably wouldn’t go back tbh, friends and i went to go see a marvel movie and 2 girls next to us had a problem that we were actually reacting and enjoying the movie so they left multiple times to complain about us idk seems pretty racially motivated to me considering everyone was reacting and they were just on there phones the entire time. anyways all their complaining caused the rudest guy to come in and flash his light at ONLY us because of those girls. after the movie my friend and i went to go talk to the guy that practically yelled at my little brother in the process of flashing his light at us and he seemed so unbothered. we walked in and the man is sitting with his feet up and his phone and vape in hand. we asked why he had a problem with just us and why not the girls that complained even though they were talking as well, on their phones the entire movie and we’re the ones penalized for it and he literally said that he believes us so we asked why he didn’t say anything to them and he basically told us that he...
