Get Air Trampoline Park — Attraction in Akron

I am only giving it one star because I absolutely have too, in order to leave a review. So this Saturday we went to celebrate my sons birthday. He chose Get Air against me better judgement I took him. The waivers weren’t taking we had to fill out the form more than once. Finally get to the register and he charged me for 3 adults when I had a 1yr old with me. Again it’s my sons birthday and he wanted to be here. So whatever I tell Darren (manager) that he charged me incorrectly and he fixed it. Cool. So we get the socks for the kids and it took 20 mins to get the sock on because it’s one hall small hall at that. We get on the trampolines and we asked where the kids spot was no help do we found an empty square and let our 1yr jump. The Lifeguard asked us to move him we said sure we just didn’t know where it was. So we take him to the little corner 🙄. My daughter was jumping with him again he is 1! So there’s a Lifeguard named TT is wat Darren told me. She come over like kids over 46” can’t jump I’m like okay cool. So I see another family jumping w/their toddler climbing the walls on the trampoline WITH HIS SHOES ON. So he leaves. I climb up and let my nephew slide down the slide wall. TT comes over and says “I told you three times adults can’t be on the trampolines” I’m like what? You haven’t said that to me, how is he supposed to get up here he’s one? I just saw a dude do this exact thing for 15mins!” She’s like get down i already told you 3x I’m like who are u talking to? She’s like you I’m nah your not. This 16 year old proceeds to talk to me aggressively. I climb down and wait on Darren to come speak to me. I tell him like yo i did t know it was a issues he’s 1 how is he supposed to get up there he’s like you guys are fine it’s no one else over here. This 16 yr preceded to say worry about yaself! At this point i tell Darren like yo shoot me my money back we can leave it’s my sons birthday this is unacceptable. Y’all know this 16 yr old walked up on me as i was going to get the rest of my family and Darren did NOTHING. Nothing about this girl jumping in my space, nothing about how she spoke to me NOTHING. So my son is crying at this point because his birthday is ruined. I’m at the register asking for the manager number (who has not returned my call 😒 y’all know this 16 ur old TT continued to try and get in our space!? Like who hires these people mad unprofessional. My sister asked Darren “at what point are you going to say something because she is still up there antagonizing the situation while we are checking out? Darren of course had NO RESPONSE. No one apologized for her behavior. She still has a job. We cancelled my daughter birthday party we booked for next month. I told my sister and her organization not to use this place for their end of the year field trip, i told my daughters high school to pick a different location and as well as told my church to change their option for the location for their youth outing. If any one asks i will let them know this is a no go and tell them this situation. No one apologized to my 8 year old who’s birthday was ruined because of an unprofessional 16 yr old and the manager who did nothing. Horrible just horrible. He was looking forward to this outing he counted the days just for it...

Everything was going great until they throw you out without notice. Suppose to be 2 hostess only seen one for which she was very nice but I had to go find someone to get the drinks when I went to find her she was on the register ringing out customers. Short staffed? Or not we only had one hostess and was doing different jobs. And the large pizza's are really medium only 8 pieces pre pizza, not a large, large is 10 pieces like I was told so I had to run out real fast accommodate and run to get 2 more pizza's just so the kids and parents could eat, and no one said anything and I had to waste my time away from the party to do this, to get charged 50 more on the bill already. 320 was my initial total but came to 416 plus the food I had to makeup from them not having the right pizzas order. And still no one said anything! At the beginning we was told that we could have brought other stuff in that their more leinate there than when you call the main number???? Only notice we got was a guy coming back there not being nice at all, everyone's mouth dropped when he started talking the first time he spoke, very sad to act that way in front of children 5 and under. I would hope you wouldn't treat paying customers like this in your establishments. I've been in customer service for over 20 years and a manger for over 8 years and I can personally say this employee was very rude and wrong for the way he acted. The he stood there watching us rush the kids out like he was gonna fight or something not pleasant at all, and making rude comments, we even helped clean up and still got treated very bad. And I be calling first thing tomorrow to talk to someone about this. If I would have known this would happen I would have spent my money somewhere else, I paid over 425 plus for 2 hrs to get the whole thing ruined just from this guys actions. not sure what he's used to dealing with but this was a 5 year olds birthday party and sad we had her classmates and other children along with her teacher so if you would like to speak to them they will tell you the same thing I did. We came for the grand opening and this us why we chose this place but that was a very big mistake and sad situation to a place that we would have recommended and continued to visit this establishment but you definitely lost ours plus others coming to your establishment. It could have been a great birthday party but just from ones actions ruined the whole thing by being mean and rude. Plus some parents with toddlers payed extra to help their children play but we had no issues until the guy came back and totally went off on our party for no reason very...

I took my family here for the first time this week. I'll start off with the Pros: Get Air has more fun things to do in comparison to Sky Max and Sky Zone. The establishment itself inside was nice, minus the non working computers to sign waivers. The Cons: The workers are NOT paying attention at all to the kids or anything for that matter. Very unsafe!! I witnessed little toddlers falling in the foam pits almost getting suffocated until a random customer came over to lift him out, all the while the workers are on their phones, looking around bored twirling their lanyards, sitting down. The zip line wasn't watched AT ALL the whole time I was there and while one kid was getting ready to jump another was holding on to the ropes and they were yanking things and little kids cutting in front. Not a worker in sight cared or monitored. People drinking drinks on the equipment. Kids kept jumping when others jumped in the foam pits. None of the workers cared if kids all went on things at once which could result in injuries. No one cared if people were cutting. Management, I hope you read this! This could be a really awesome place. Nice activities and party room. You need to crack down on your employees and make sure they are doing their jobs. Sadly even though this place was more fun to my kids and their friends than Sky Zone & Sky Max we won't be back due to the lack of supervision or care from the employees. I had to follow my kids around and monitor everything they did so they didn't get hurt, have a kid jump when they did, a toddler run in front of them and get hurt, suffocate in a foam pit etc. You should monitor the...
