I met my sister here for the first time yesterday. The establishment is nice. Very nice setup, and it has a large patio with a bar and plenty of seating. My sister ordered the Mother's Day special. She got a medium rare steak, greens, fried green tomatoes, and I don't know what else. Everything looked good. We sat out on the patio. The waitress came out and asked my sister if everything was cooked right as she bent over and wiped off her shoes..Ewww! My sister told her she didn't get to taste the steak yet. So the waitress walked off. The waitress didn't offer me anything. I said ok. My sister cut into her steak, and it was tough to cut and tough to chew. I told her to give it back as much as her meal cost. Someone should have been able to get her another steak cooked properly. My sister didn't want to make a fuss. 20 min later, the waitress asked her if she wanted her yellow cake she said yes, and she needed to go box. The waitress left and still didn't offer me anything. She brought the cake and the to go box back. My sister boxed up the steak and greens and said she would fix the greens once she got home cause they were too spicy. The waitress finally offered me something after being there a good 30 min. I couldn't enjoy my drink cause I had to go so I was happy I was able to get my drink to go. The waitress should work on her customer service skills. Please let customers know what is super spicy as far as the food while ordering. Not everyone can handle the heavy spice. The images were very misleading. The food looked SO MUCH better on your facebook vs what i just received. The food that I received here was the WORST food i’ve ever ingested in my life. My wings were incredibly undercooked, and they were ENORMOUS. I came home, cooked them for 30 minutes and they were STILL UNDERCOOKED. The garlic parmesan on you facebook was an actual sauce, and the wings in the picture were very saucy. The wings that I received were dry and I was immediately disappointed upon seeing that. They were also very bland as if they had no seasoning. The fries also were very bland.The price that was paid for this disaster of a meal is so disappointing and heartbreaking. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! I was looking forward to something delicious but this was gross. My stomach is in shambles after trying one of those half cooked wings. I am really disappointed in the experience I had this go round. Initially, I gave this place a rockstar review, but this second time, it was a terrible experience. Myself and 8 of my family members (5 others also were coming, but I told them don't bother) drove about 45 mins to come out here for my bday, and the service was terrible. We ordered drinks and they took almost 30 mins to make it to the table. Keep in mind the bar was nowhere near crowded. We were the only table and some patrons at the bar. Prior to the drinks coming, I had to go to the bar to figure out what was going on. I was told a bunch of nonsense excuses that someone who PAID $10/per person to get inside shouldn't know. There was no sense of urgency. I then spoke to the manager while still at the bar, and the drinks finally arrived. They add 18% gratuity to all orders and provide terrible service. They made drinks incorrectly multiple times. The food and atmosphere is cool, but service will always ruin...
