Came to have a game night with my son last night and at first the place was awesome. After that was quite frustrating. We finally got my son on the game he wanted to play after we had to wait for it to update but I wasn't able to play with him because the only other console that had the same game installed needed a much larger update. We were there for 2 and a half hours and I was able to play all of maybe 20 minutes because every game I tried to play either needed to be updated or the account that was logged into the systems didn't support multi-player. Read moreNow, I like to support local game stores mostly and I did have some positive experiences with this place. Such as the pretty fun back area. However, I think the selling games part needs a bit more attention. I've had a couple experiences where I bought some games that just didn't work. I mean, some of the stuff that's getting played is also what's being sold. You'd think there'd be more attention on making sure a game that got played and didn't get asked for after a while is still playable. Also, as I recall, there are no refunds. If I come in to get it buffed and that doesn't fix it, I come back again. The thing about that is that there won't always be another copy of the game...

I’ve traveled to several gaming stores over the years, in state and out of state, and this place is special in that you can tell the owners take pride in what they’ve created. Unfortunately it’s becoming harder to find these gems. Very good selection of new and old games. I found everything I wanted and the one I didn’t see was found in their inventory. There’s also a huge gaming room that’s lit correctly for gaming and looks comfortable. The gaming room is filled with about every console known to man and also has a huge projector screen as an option. Looks like a safe place for children as well....
