I used to be loyal customer who loved to get a boba every week. Sometimes more. I noticed over the past 5-6 months the employees stopped being friendly at one location . Even worse than that twice We got drinks and they were not made correctly. We didn't get a apology nor did they try to make it right. I took a family member here for her birthday and they ignored us .. I don't understand how hard it is to make a drink when you have a recipe book to follow but apparently it's very difficult to some.lol I used to go to various events they would b at just to get a boba. That's how much I wanted this company to succeed. Unfortunately I don't feel this way anymore. Yes when the drinks are made correctly and the employees actually practice their social skills it's a good place . A place Alabaster needed. They have great drinks IF they have employees who know what they are doing. Some don't. I wished they would take my criticisms and improve. They will not and they have shown this by their actions. The real truth is your establishment has been going downhill for sometime. That is just a fact. It's a shame and businesses go belly up fast . I have seen many come and go over in that area. It is just a matter of time over there. It was great til it wasn't. Too bad. You had a great concept but following through is your problem. This is my honest opinion and do with it what you will. You can either use it to get better or ignore it. Your success depends on which you choose. You are in a dead shopping center most don't frequent and then having bad customer service / drinks not done properly. Word of mouth can break you or help you. We will see where you fall in the next couple of years. Hopefully you...
Read moreBefore I get into the review I’d like to say this is based on the first day of them opening so I understand everything is subject to change and right now they’re probably still tweaking little details. But here it is; I love how nice and cozy it feels. I personally LOVE the couches and I could see myself coming throughout the week and hanging with some friends in the store. Although, I would’ve loved to have heard some music playing faintly in the background just to get rid of the quietness and have people feel more comfortable talking to each other instead of whispering which was what I found myself doing with my sister. But overall great environment! The drink I got was the Taro Boba tea. Really really good! I’m also a very big fan of the one size drink. I’m always finding myself wanting more boba at the end but not wanting to spend more money. But with the one size for all drinks it made my life much easier instead of having to ask for a large and made me happier to drink more boba than usual. Overall a great place with lots of potential to expand to a bunch more locations. And I have a strong feeling I’ll be coming a lot...
Read moreI was on a road-trip when I found this place. Can I give 6/5 for the interior designer of this boba tea place? I mean how cute is this place. I just loved the vibe of their indoor space. Specially during holidays, it was even better.
The number of items on their menu can simply be overwhelming, bc you won’t even know what something is going to taste like. I went with the sunset and butterfly one and I found it too sweet. It’s possible that they messed up the ratio since I requested light iced tea. The popping boba was sweet too.
I’d give the tea 3/5 but everything else 5/5; hence averaged it to 4/5. If I’m planning to sit around and study/ work, I’d go there again. If I’m picking up the boba tea and leaving immediately, I’d probably not go there.
Overall, I thought it was simply beautiful to visit...
