The pelham store truly needs to have a staff meeting. They probably have some of the most rude employes at this location, including most of the management. Customer service pretty much has one employee who is pleasant. I've gotten to the point where I dred shopping when certain staff is in. I will turn back and go somewhere else when they are working. The way I've seen and heard the way they ignore at times and disrespect certain races is uncalled for. The customer service desk most of them just rude as if not wanting to be at work.
