We recently visited while in Alameda hoping to find some interesting items, but unfortunately, our experience was ruined by an incredibly rude and disrespectful person: Michael!
From the moment we walked in, this staff member had a poor attitude. He was unhelpful when approached and seemed annoyed by simple questions.
His general demeanor was dismissive and made me feel unwelcome in the store. The lack of basic customer service was appalling.
It's a shame because the store itself seemed to have a decent selection of items, but the negative interaction with this individual completely overshadowed any potential positive aspects of the visit. I believe all customers should be treated with respect, and this employee failed to do so.
I would caution others who are considering visiting this shop and hope management takes steps to train their employees on proper customer service etiquette. I will not...
