GNC — Attraction in Alaska

I have been to all the other GNC stores in town and other health and wellness performance stores and none of them compare to what Dimond GNC customer service offers their customers. I met one of the workers there and he seemed really friendly and helped me out with my 21 questions. His name is Sean, big guy with a friendly personality. He didn’t hesitate to point me in the right direction of which products I needed for a “first timer” looking for gains in the weight room and rest and recovery after those hard workouts.

I will be a regular customer here as long as Sean and workers like him are there. If anyone is looking for a friendly and welcoming environment with very informative customer service then this GNC store at the Dimond mall is the one to go to. Thanks to Sean and his team...

Sean is such a scammer. He sold me stuff I DIDNT WANT and promised I’d get FULL refunds and 100% of my premium membership back in product. When I went to use these benefits at Midtown Mall, turns out he flat out lied about my benefits just to get the sale. How horrible and unethical. Retails been my career and it’s so gross seeing a manager doing this to people. I went into to Midtown today and talked to a different Sean who made it right. I came in fully intending to just use my product credit and never shop here again. Midtown Sean may have changed my mind to shop at GNC again. I really hope this reaches the district manager. Walked in here with a friend just to check the place out and see what they had. I saw a worker behind the counter talking to some customers and just walked along looking around, I guess he asked me what I was looking for but I wasn't listening to him since he was busy with a customer. He then yelled at me "HEY WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR" (in the most rude tone I've yet to hear), I turned my head shocked that this dude just yelled at me with the worst most annoyed look on his face and I told him "I'm just looking around" Walked out pretty much right after.

What gives you the right to yell at your own customer (Not anymore) for walking into your store?? Like alright...
