Pet Zoo — Attraction in Alaska

Was happy to find my dog food here and planned on shopping locally but a lady taking care of the animals was extremely rude. I had to go in with my 4 year old, 2 year old and my 9 month old who was in an infant car seat. I thought it would be fun to see the animals after we grabbed our dog food. As my kids approached the mice the lady rudely told us no tapping on the glass, which I understand, I was doing my best. I decided at that point to leave since I knew my kids most likely wouldn’t listen. As we were leaving they saw the koi fish pond and my 2 year old was about to put her hands in the water and before I could even tell her no, the lady yelled at us to not put our hands in the water. I was standing right there about to correct my daughter, there was no need to be yelled at. This place is not kid friendly, not understanding at all to moms with multiple kids. I have had many pets and I've used to pet zoo for years for their nutritional needs and other needs. Dogs cats and rabbits. My last cat lived to be 17 or 18 years old and a big reason was that I discovered Nutri Source cat food. He passed away on November 17th of last year I'm grateful that I was with him when he went to the rainbow bridge. My boss and his wife rescued a kitten a few weeks ago. The kitten was went cold and his fur was matted and he was very hungry. I adopted this kitten into my life my heart and my home. We've been together 8 days. I have been shopping at Pet Zoo for almost 18 years because I believe in supporting local businesses. I have always had superior customer advice and support until today. There was a discrepancy on a price of a product because the price label on the shelf was more than twice that the register rang it up to be. The same product "glandex" with smaller square inch wipes was priced the same as the product with larger square inches. Your girl with the blue hair on your Dimond store tried to make me think that customers will move products around and ignored the fact that the wipes are different dimensions. I told her that wasn't right and asked her to look me in the eye and she wouldn't. From now on I'll order my pet supplies...
