Always something wrong with my visit. I have several vehicles signed up for the unlimited monthly plan. Almost every time i go through the gate, the license plate reader does not scan. So i have to buzz an attendant. Sometimes they are already standing there to help me through and other times, i am parked there wondering why i even go here. Once through the gate, you get waved to pull in and put your vehicle in neutral. They take a brush and get your windshield and rear window, sometimes your front bumper and sometimes your rear bumper. I travel a lot and always have a lot of bugs splatter on the front bumper but the bugs arent always removed. Also, where the rear license plate is at, there is always dirt and soot that the brush or the wash itself does not get to. Once your almost through the wash, the tire shine kicks in and presses up against your wheels to shine your tires. This has never actually completely cover my tires. Maybe half a shine at best. Lately the shine has not been working at all. It doesnt matter which vehicle i am in this is a consistent flaw. Then you pull out and they wipe your windows for you. Bring your own towel to dry the rest of your car. They do offer free vacuums and air compressor to blow out crevices and hard to reach spots in the vehicle. Also they have a floor mat cleaning machine that does a pretty decent job of washing your floor mats.

Fix the scanner on the license plate reader.

A little more attention to bug splatter and around the license plate area.

Fix the tire shine.

Posting this review on behalf of my mother-in-law that is in her 70s (she has also contacted the company but would like for me to post this here as well)- I just left your carwash on Wyoming near Montgomery. I was so scared when I left. It was odd that the pay attendant at the auto pay was delayed with a customer in front of me, He said she wanted to buy a membership. So I then paid for mine and the receipt was not printed as requested. He offered to get my receipt from the inside office. I said it was not necessary. I would have my bank transaction. I went through the tunnel and all went well until the car in front of me left and the attendant who usually wipes the windows at the very end abruptly left. I waited thinking he would be right back. Then the car behind me started honking and I honked wanting the employee to come back. The person behind me kept honking and angrily came out and asked me to leave. Then someone from the car wash came out and angrily asked me why I would allow the car behind me to hit my car twice! i said I wasn’t hit and suddenly felt very scared. Your employee said I should pull up and exchange insurance information. Was this a scam? I asked him to just wipe my windows and he said he would not! I am posting this on review because I am frightened. I called my insurance rep and he asked if my car was damaged and it was not. I really don’t know what that was all about, but it was handled poorly by your company and felt...

During my recent visit to this car wash I was behind two other vehicles. I noticed that the attendant started having a conversation with the people in the first vehicle. I thought nothing of it until I saw the driver (the little old lady) having to reverse out and leave the line. The attendant then talks to the person in the second vehicle and I see them reverse and turn out and leave as well with a sour look on their face. I’m thinking at this point something in the car wash in broken and that’s why he’s telling everyone to leave. Nope. He comes and talks to me and says along the lines of, “Hey man your vehicle is too dirty. We won’t be able to wash it” I responded and said, “Are you serious?” He say’s along the lines of, “Yeah man sorry.” I responded, “Isn’t that what a car wash is for?” He says along the lines of, “I hear you, I would let you, but the owner is here right now and she’s really strict about that. She’d get mad.”

For context, my vehicle was dirty, maybe at a level a bit past average. The two vehicles in front of me were dirty with normal use. He shouldn’t have turned all three of us away. Absolutely ridiculous. I then went to Mister Carwash without a problem.

This experience was unacceptable & a waste of time. Never coming back & telling others not to go here either unless of course they want to go to a carwash where they don’t wash dirty...
