I always wanted to try this place out to take my daughter. So on July 19, 2015 I went to this location( which is a Sunday). I asked them to give my daughter a regular polish, not gel! They didn't listen to me and gave her gel nails without telling me until I was about to pay. I asked for a light pink gel polish with a blue flower. I showed her how I wanted my nails. She kept insisting that pink and black was better and it looked prettier and a white flower would go better. I told her I didn't want my nails how she was trying to do them. She did not listen to me at all! I told her that I was not going to pay for them until she took them off and redo them how I wanted. She refused to take them off and I asked to speak to the manager. The manger and three other employees gained up on me (including a male employee who got in my face). This is not how you treat a paying customer. They tried to charge me $98.80 for my nails and my daughters nails. I could of done my own nails with a better flower. It looked like a 4 year old drew on my nails. The lines weren't straight at all and I was not pleased at all!!!! The place I normally go to was closed this day so I thought I could give this place a try. Never again am I going back to this location. The people are rude and have no manners. They maybe great to other people but my experience was not a pleasant one at all!!!! Read moreNot one to take my time for a review unless the service is THAT bad. Hard to pinpoint my frustrations with them and I’m easy to please. I’ve gone there twice within the week due to chipped nails. First time customer service was awkward and just bad. No thank you no okay you’re done they just get you in the chair, do it quickly and literally just walk away when done. Payment is vague, they tell you how much, you pay, they walk away. No thank you or have a nice day just silence. Almost feel like a nuisance as a customer. So second time, I didn’t ask for a redo I just went back in and asked for a polish..... even though it chipped within 4 days. Same thing happened again. Super rough when working too had to keep asking my daughter if she was okay. I also show her a picture of what we want (same exact thing as last time) it was a picture of what was done there....../she just does a bunch of dots on the fingers. Not even close to what we had before. So her body language becomes annoyed and bugged tugging at the finger to remove the polish. Read moreMy mom and I have been to this nail salon several times. We have left happy in the past but this last experience was enough for me to not return. We made appointments for two pedicures. We showed up and checked in on time. They seated 3 walk-ins, who walked in behind us, before we were seated. I think they realized their mistake and got us seated right after. My nail tech began sanding off my old nail polish, and cut into my cuticle twice. I told her she cut me and she proceeded to use acetone on the cut toe which was extremely painful. I then told her I would like the basic pedicure and she said she had already started the deluxe (which my mom was getting right next to me so I can understand the mistake). She didn't communicate with me. She left me in the chair with a hot towel on my shins. By the time the towel was cold, I realized that she was probably finished. When I lifted the towel, there was lotion all over my shins that wasn't rubbed in so I figured she was coming back... She didn't. I feel like they care more about quantity than quality.
