I will never come back to this incredibly rude Starbucks again. For quick context, this photo is showing you all how a nitro cold brew is supposed to be poured by your store on academy and tramway.. This is NOT from your store.
This store does not know how to pour a nitro coffee. They have it to me with half foam. They tried to explain to me like I haven’t been ordering these since they first come out. Initially there appears to be more foam, but after it settles, half the cup shouldn’t be foam.
I will say, the shift lead was very nice and polite and so was the person who took my pay. I sent back the drinks.. But all the staff in the back speaking loudly “that’s just how they pour” and the person who decided to butt in, shake her head at me, and declare “THEN I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU”, .. who even are you? Read moreSix staff behind the counter, three people in line (myself one of them) and a steady stream of cars moving through the drive thru. I ordered an Americano (4 shots of espresso and hot water ‐ easy drink to make). 10 minutes later, one of the six finally managed to get my drink done after making any number of other drinks for the drive thru. Lady in front of me left without her drink. Not so much as a "sorry!" from one of the six. Too much goofing off, not enough work!
It is a shame to see SO MUCH effort given to drive thru service while the walk-up is almost treated as an inconvenience. This is a trend I see at many of these stand-alone Starbucks as of late. The store nearer to my house is without a drive thru and this problem doesn't exist. Less convenient to park and go inside but the service with a smile is worth it.
This is the third time in recent weeks this store has done this. Won't be back to that...
Read moreI regularly go to this starbucks and they usually get everything perfect and move the drive thru line as quickly as they can. Unfortunately, this morning, i ordered a tall psl and a turkey pesto sandwhich, which in total i paid $14, the sandwich was around $7. Once i got the sandwich (which i usually get) it had no turkey, just bread, pesto, and tomato. I know that their food is usually frozen and or premade, but i am still disappointed in the company for shipping products that are not correctly made. I wasted $7 for a sandwich without meat, i only paid for the sandwich for the meat and would’ve told the employees but was in a morning rush. I am incredibly disappointed, especially even submitting this review because the employees are generally respectful and patient and they get my coffee...
