Park looks great at first, so I thought I should pick up some trash on my walk, stumbled into a big homeless community inside the woods that is completely trashing the park with beer cans, and the park didn't seem to do anything for it. It's dangerous for the wild life in the park, and the parks look overall, I can care less if the homeless live in the woods, what I do care for is they just leave there beer cans everywhere, I go to many state parks but this one was by far one of the worst I stumbled into.

The trail itself is rather pretty but very short. Also, access via metro is difficult despite the nearby Potomac yard station, as the walk there is quite unpleasant. I was also there on a hot day, and the lack of shade was notable.
