This place is legit the BEST!! I never used to go to the gym before coming here, but a friend of mine had purchased a month of classes via groupon and told me I should buy the groupon too to go with her. I’ll admit the first class was rough for me( I was not in the best shape, and I haven’t been to the gym in probably close to a year), but I quickly got addicted, and now go every day! (Except of course on Sundays since they’re closed). It’s an awesome set up and SUPER easy to follow the instructions of what to do at each station- since they go through how to do each station at the beginning of class and there are TVs in front of you showing you on a loop how to do each exercise. Philip, Travis and Marie are all super friendly and encouraging, and the set up/the gym in general is not intimidating- like I know some other gyms can be overwhelming for people who have never done anything like this before (aka me! Ha) HIIT is for sure my new favorite thing. In just one month of going here, I’ve seen improvements in my strength - I’m lifting sometimes double what I started lifting! And also progress and change physically as well! I DEFINITELY recommend F45 to ANYONE- whether you’re just starting off your fitness game, or you’re a lot more seasoned. Read moreLove this studio and these classes! I’m not someone who likes going to the gym to lift weights because I find it boring, repetitive, and time consuming.
My favorite workout of choice is actually hot yoga sculpt for the intensity, loud music, and different exercises each time. But when I recently found out I was pregnant my doctor told me I couldn’t do hot yoga anymore. I wanted to find something that was similar in intensity but without the heat - and F45 is PERFECT.
Every class is different and my favorite day is Saturday because it’s a mix of cardio and resistance training and is an hour instead of the usual 45 min. I love the loud pump up music, the high energy, the different exercises that can always be modified to your fitness level, and the coaches who are super encouraging and helpful.
At F45 I love that there are no mirrors, once those timers start everyone is so focused on each exercise that theres no reason to feel intimidated. People are kind and supportive and it truly feels like a welcoming community.

The structure of the program is essentially organized circuits of exercises that are all completed within a specified time interval (totaling to 45 minutes). Rest periods range from 15-20 seconds in between sets, so your heart is pumping The entire time. The instructors are very helpful and encouraging and it also helps if you have a good partner to push you. If you are like me and are in poor shape coming in, don’t be discouraged if you fail to finish a set or part of a workout. These types of exercises are built to challenge and the goal is to continuously progress and build the endurance to finish each of these workouts.
