Pamlico County Library — Attraction in Alliance

Love this little library. It's not "stuffy". Workers are very personable. I got the " standing " tour and was easily signed up for a library card. Only issue for me was it was quite warm in there. May just be because it was raining out and not very warm outside and it is spring so the central Air unit may be confused as to what it should be doing. Even sitting at a table in the middle of the floor I felt fairly comfortable...

Such a wonderful library! In addition to being a full service library, It offers so many programs for children and adults. I enjoy the monthly book club (and wish more would attend). The librarians are knowledgeable, helpful and always greet you...

I love this library and the staff. They are always friendly and personable no matter how busy it may be that day. I don't want to say I'm their #1 patron but I am right up there, lol. Can't say enough good things about this...
