Get burned once, you should know you'll get burned again! That's what we got for giving these guys the chances we have the last few weeks! In the last month my partner and I have brought some of our vehicles. One specifically came on two separate instances with SPECIFIC instructions up front to contact me before making repairs. BOTH times I end up receiving a call about my vehicle being done and a bill with the lame excuse that they figured I'd want it done. That incoming tag specifically states the opposite, sir. I watched her write that in all caps and highlight it to boot! The excuse was out of pocket, unacceptable, and it seems borderline predatory on customers that would seem otherwise vulnerable and unsuspecting! Another vehicle that was supposed to be left out front for pickup after hours (paid) was trapped in the back fence upon arrival. Yall literally confirmed this agreement before the end of day. This completely upended our planning around our schedules to bring them any business. Lastly, a truck we are driving around now where they didn't complete the repair because they didn't find the right part.

Ya'll know exactly what two customers, what truck, what pontiac, and what SUV. But after this mess with DELIBERATELY going forward with a repair I DID NOT SIGN OFF ON BECAUSE THEY FEEL ABOVE WHAT WE DISCUSSED WHEN I FIRST BROUGHT IT IN.... now I'm putting you on blast.

I've told everyone I can. And after I arrange getting the pontiac back, we will gladly take our vehicle repairs elsewhere. Only convenience yall seemed to actually offer was proximity to town.

We'll gladly work around that to deliver future jobs to providers elsewhere. Thanks a lot for really nothing, 😠 SEVERAL TIMES LESS THAN A MONTH TIMESPAN!!!!

Absolutely terrible!!! They destroyed my husband's truck and mine. They lied and had us pay for things they said they fixed and never did. I have pictures and proof I paid almost $400 for my Durango to fixed and my husband paid well over $300 for his to be fixed at different times we tried to give them a second chance and they failed miserably. My truck was there for 2 months only to sit there and never be touched. I was referred by a friend but after the fact was told by several others that they are terrible and they used to be good years ago but the staff they have now are terrible and I have the evidence now that proves it. I will be calling my lawyer and the BBB to ensure that my husband and I both get get all of our money back. Don't recommend them what so ever they will take your money and never touch...

The most honest mechanics I've ever dealt with. Went to a nearby tire shop for a balancing to find out I needed new tires due to manufacture defects (Here on vacation from NY). I thought I would shop around and ended up here. Mr. Hardison gave me a better quote on 4 new tires than the other place so I was already sold. He then went so far as to inform me that my tires were under warranty and called Michelin himself to get me 4 new tires for the price of one!!! Excellent experience . Wish they were in NY.
