Dollar General — Local services in Alliance

The employees at this location lack basic customer service skills and they are unprofessional when addressing customers. They have closed their self checkout registers claiming their decision is based on theft but they never monitored the self checkout, as other stores with self checkout should and do, and only have themselves to blame. I've never been in a store that had self checkout where an employee didn't stand there and watch people as they checked...

This store is pathetic.no urgency, complete lack of customer service. Trying to check out, girl with the pink hair standing at the register playing with her cell phone... Won't even make eye contact or greet the customers. Gone down hill very quickly. You need to find some people who value their job. I'm guess the DM never comes by because the store isn't well maintained.... It's (almost) worth it just to suck it up and...

Rude employees they care more about having random conversations then they do their customers and they don't take any cash at this location at...
