I had a noon appt. and had to wait a little while before seeing the doctor but was worth the wait because Dr. Leary answered my questions and explained everything so I could understand. Everyone there is courteous, professional and easy going. I am pleased with my care.
Had appt. for some issues with flashes & floaters,( new symptoms in right eye). Was tested quickly and Dr. Leary explained it all to me and answered any questions I had. I always request him and am always satisfied that I'm in good hands. Would highly recommend him and that facility.
Had a routine appt. for check up scheduled, but two days before I developed a bad eye infection. Routine tests skipped but immediately was treated for new problem. Staff was very helpful and compassionate, concerned with my comfort. Didn't ease the pain but still made me feel better. My first experience with Matthews O.D. and I appreciate her caring manner. I highly recomend this place for eye health needs.

   Read moreIt used to be a great experience and visit for me but today I will never forgive or forget how low they made me feel as a long time costumer. I was belittled and denied service or even the opportunity too make a appointment after driving over 25 minutes too get there because I was told to come in and get seen or to make a appointment because of me having to reschedule past appointments last year due too spending a extensive amount of time in the hospital. I have always been a good citizen and a breath of fresh air for most so how I was treated today and humiliated was very heartbreaking and damaging too my positive mindset and I feel no one deserves this at all when all I do I give back and help people soo too be treated less then is ridiculous and I won't stand for it. The front desk workers are the one's I'm referring too and I will be seeking civil and legal actions against the family eye care company and certain employees. So word of advice find a new eye doctor because too them u just a number and a check too them and they have no empathy for humans and they personal well-being and for that legal actions...

He corrected the prescription my last doc had written and got me into a new brand of lenses that are much better suited to my eyes. The office staff is super professional and very polite. The office itself is spotless and displays artwork from local artists. They've embraced modern technology with appointment confirmation via text too.
