If I hadn’t called and talked to a man with a heavy accent first, I would have to give a 5 plus rating, HOWEVER… I had been shipped a box of materials, along with a banner, for a Safety Expo being held in Horizon, Fl. Somehow the address was one digit off 247 vs 347, causing UPS to deliver to the wrong address. I waited patiently for 4 days, but no package. So, I contacted the up line who sent it and checked the package delivery to find it was delivered Tuesday in the PM. After much checking we discovered the wrong address number and I called the condo owner at the other address. He advised me that he had received it and had his “ people “ drop it off at UPS after hours on Wednesday ( The UPS place in Gateway Crossings Plaza ). When I called I was told they were NOT UPS and I needed to call UPS. After much banter back and forth, I was told that THEY were not responsible if someone dropped off a package after closing and it was taken. That was all the guy would say,” Not our problem, call UPS ! “. I had to try to get our Booth set for the next morning and ran out to a local discount store to pick up some give aways and brought along my “ Shopping Savvy “ wife. We picked up a bunch of things and she said , ” I know you want to check one more time at the UPS place. “ So we drove over and after being previously advised that they never saw a package for me, I met a young guy who took the time to look around the store at packages. After checking in back he headed up to the mailboxes with me in tow. I noticed our company Logo on a cardboard box saying “ Large Course “ and asked him to check the name. Lo and behold, IT WAS MINE. Thanks to this young man and his customer service and true support, I had my materials and table drape for the event. I was so excited, I didn’t ask his name, but he was awesome. There was a $5.00 charge listed on the package for “ Holding “ that he apologized for. I was happy to pay the $5.00, but would have preferred to pay it before I had to spend $30 at the other store to replace my missing box. I would gladly give the store a 5 Star rating if I hadn’t had the dealings with the first guy. Maybe if he would have asked the lady I could hear in the background, she might have said, “ Yeah, we have it here for him. Somebody left it by the front door “. It would have been...

I mostly have had good experiences with this Publix store, but their bakery staff does have a problem communicating amongst each other. There have been a few times they have told us we never placed an order and then they later find the order and say, "Oh, the person who took the order did..." or "The person that completed the order did...." if they could all work off of the same sheet of music they would...
