The worst experience I’ve had ever. I purchased a printer from amazon but not being technical I hired a geek squad technician to come and hook it up, I spent $106.00. The guy shows up and can’t fix the printer it’s damaged so I have to return to Amazon. He then tells me that Best Buy had a very good printer on sale for 79.99 he encouraged me to get it, I needed a printer fast, so I said ok order it, gave him my credit card, he keyed the info into his phone, I asked for a receipt and he said I would get an email with the order number and confirmation number. It was supposed to arrive the next day 3/20/23. It never showed up. I called support first I couldn’t understand what these people were saying heavy middle eastern accent, all in all I got transferred 7 times and hung up on 4 times. I’ll have to dispute that charge on my credit card when I get the statement because I don’t know which credit card I used. I will never use them again and never buy anything ever again from Best Buy!!!! They should also refund me the $106.00 for the tech that came for 5 minutes!...

From the 1st day we received this from the GS, and after we had purchased a maintenance plan, this laptop has not worked for longer than 1 week, without a failure to send and receive messages. the have been at LEAST 15 different GS "tech"? people to remote in to correct, and numerous times, have been awake all night waiting for them to go in and correct, and not so much as even a courtesy call to explain it would be accessed for repairs, We are 1 year into this nightmare, and even went as highs level 3 to correct the issue, and as of today, it remains uncorrected. Read moreI took my computer here after my monitor displayed a no signal message. When I told the young man at the front counter the issue I was having, he said they did not work on monitors. I asked him if he can check out the tower. He plugged the tower up to their monitor and it had the same message. After he took it to the back for the technician to look at it, he came back and told me that there's nothing that they can do for it and it's 12 to 15 years old. I ended up taking my computer to Refresh Computers in Longwood. It was diagnosed that a few wires were loose and I was out of there within 10 minutes. I will never go back to this store again and I'm extremely disappointed with the level of service here. Please hire better...
