We use to love this place but they have not been too great in the last year or 2. They have messed up our order 4 times. The last time they messed up was my last visit there because I found a piece of metal in my food that damaged my tooth. It looks like it came from a pan. I didn't even try to get a refund because the guy in the front who is the owner is very rude and not patient. One time that they messed up my order the man gave me the biggest issue. They gave me no vegetables on a platter that comes with vegetables. And the sauce from my meat was overwhelming my meat to the point that it looked like I had soup. The guy in the front who is the owner is very rude. He Wouldn't remake 1 meal. I bought over $30 of food and was asking for only one meal to be replaced. He is always so unkind and gives us such a problem every time. Hopefully they will read this and change.

Read moreI have been ordering from here for over 4 years and I am a registered member of their website. I placed an order online (which I always do) at 8pm for delivery. When the order had not arrived at 9:15 pm I called in to the store to make sure that my order had been received. I was hurridely rushed off of the phone and told my order would be arriving soon. AGAIN at 10:15pm I called bck to see the status of my order and the same young lady who rushed me off of the phone previously informed me that my order was not even being prepared and that she forgot to give it to the kitchen. I was livid she then rudely told me that the order would be there in 30 mins and hung up the phone. I called back and let her know that this was totally unacceptable and that I would never be ordering from here again. This place has the worst customer service in Altamonte Springs and its only a matter of time before they screw you over and tell you to live with it...
Read moreThe worst customer service I have experienced in a while. I understand that it is a Chinese take out spot, but they have to do better. I ordered sesame chicken however, when I opened the bag in the car I saw that I was given sweet and sour chicken. This is probably due to the person at the counter taking phone calls right after I gave him my order. Im thinking, oh he just made a simple mistake. He will brush it off and move on and refill the order correctly. No that is too much like right I guess. He proceeded to try to debate me on what I ordered. He even told me to give him 50 cents because what I ordered was more expensive. I let him know that it was ok and he could just refund my money and he could keep the food. He walked off prepared the food (I stood at the counter watching him prepare it) and slammed it on the counter and walked away. Somehow I am not surprised.
