On multi occasions I tried to do business (spend money) with this place/location because it is my nearest location to home but the unprofessionalism and lack of respect for costumers is ridiculous. The cashiers are the main individuals I encounter because I normally try to call and schedule orders but the runs and dragged out questions and attitude is unbearable. Hopefully the other workers are better. I never actually reported them to their managers because it wonât make a difference. They will laugh about because I know individuals who work/worked at this location and I was told that, âwhen yâall complain to managers all they do is mention that they got a negative report of you, but nothing comes from it.â
That been said just yâall know that was inside information. Now knowing this do yâall think itâs worth it to spend your hard earning money here? No as most of yâall would answer right. But I love what I love and sometimes I crave pizza because Iâm human. But I will not be spending another penny here.
Eventually I will get to the cooperate office but Iâm trying my hardest not to take it there because I know I will put most peopleâs job in jeopardy and I donât know anyoneâs pocket so I wonât mess with there income.
Iâve worked fast food before I know the ropes. I know the systems and I know who to get in contact with. I used to manage stores (not Little Caesarâs) so I have connections whether you believe it or not.
You never know who you are going to encounter as a costumer. So to all the workers where ever you work at please Iâm begging you please be mindful how you treat people not only costumers but employees.
If you donât love your job or what you do donât take your frustration out on others. Donât let your bad day become my bad day. Donât let your last caller determine how you treat me.
Iâm known for giving second chances, some times one too many chances. I am very soft hearted.
Iâm going to continue and try this location. Will that means Iâm spending probably not but possibly yes.
Whenever I have obtain a valid reason to change my ratings and my review to a better one I will gladly do so.
Note: To all the other workers who Iâve never encounter and who treat people fairly I apologize in advance this is not directed towards you.
I truly hope to God that you workers really work on the issue that your costumers face. Because that will make this business place environmentally friendly and welcoming to everyone.

However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. The staff is very young and often seems overwhelmed, struggling to maintain efficiency and professionalism.
This Altamonte Springs store is pickup-only, with no trash bins available inside or outside the premises. The only trash can for customers is located inside the single restroom. Additionally, there are no tablesâonly three solitary chairs in the waiting area for customers.
To save time and minimize your stay inside the store, I highly recommend calling ahead to place your order before arriving.

I ordered and waited which is unusual because they are normally already ready. 15 mins went by and the Manager and employee spent a good amount talking to each other and joking around. They stayed in the front and I thought someone was in the back making the crazy bread and other food. Then They finally go to the back area where the oven is I assume and I see the employee cutting pizzas and she's back there too. They are talking of course and I realize that they are probably the ones that were supposed to make the crazy bread this whole time. I wait until the Manager comes back to the front to ring up a customer and I tell her that I've been waiting 15 mins for some crazy bread. She apologized and said she will get it out in like 3 mins. She went towards the back and told that same employee what I said. I waited and still nothing. Finally after waiting a total of 30 mins the crazy bread was done. Wow. I know from experience as a Manager at Papa John's that it doesn't take that long to make crazy bread. We of course didn't have crazy bread but we had garlic knots and cheese bread. That oven makes all the items in a short period of time. I would like to know why it took them so long to make it and did they forgot that I ordered it or were they just too distracted and have poor customer service? Maybe all of the above but regardless they again lost a valuable customer because I would have spent some money there just on my fav bread alone.
