You know I wanted to give it a 5 but I cannot. There is alot of work that needs done to it. It's like the magic isn't there anymore like it was 18 years ago. I mean back then there were people that hung out and we just chilled, hacky sack, bongos, guitar, (sounds hippie but it was just chill) and some of us would go out onto the trail that lead to the rock that overlooked the river road and just sit. Like it just had its own magic. Now, a few weeks back my daughters friend had a situation they needed to find her brother, he said he was there. I said, I know EXACTLY where he is. Read moreI came here today to check out a new park with my friend along the way to the state park, and I found this quaint city park with a great view of the Mississippi River overlooking St. Charles, MO. I played catch and fetch with my dog, and he got to run around the upper part of the park off-leash. (I recommend not doing the off-leash with your dog if they are not trained for recalls).
