So had a little situation with this location and all the employees and the manager Zach was absolutely amazing. I went in to purchase a pre-owned Nintendo switch. When I got out to the car and got it out of the box. The screen was a messed up more than I would have liked it to be for the price I had just paid. The employee that evening. Was great and switched me out for a different pre-owned unit and deactivated that one. Somewhere in that transaction my receipt was lost for a one-year Nintendo membership that has the code on it. It took me 3 days due to the manager not being in. Zach, the manager was fantastic and was able to get me a digital copy of my receipt so I could contact Nintendo and get a refund onto my eShop. You don't understand. I called multiple locations. I called Nintendo twice. I went through the full chain of command to try to get this figured out before Mr. Zach showed back up to work. He was My last Hope and he came through LOL! Just wanted to drop a good review for these guys. They did their jobs Fantastic. Couldn't ask for any better...

First time was not a big deal, I had to wait about 10 minutes so they could go through the previous days shipment and find my amiibo sets Second time, I had already placed a $5 deposit to pay off in full later.
