Amigos — Local services in Amarillo

I shop here regularly and love this store! However, today really frustrated me! We had a slacker walk over and saw what we had in our basket and stated “nope not doing this one”. She walked to checker next to us and sacked the few items for the customer. I began sacking my own groceries , which I don’t mind usually. I sacked and took out my groceries while there were at least 4 people just standing at the front. No one offered to help in any way. The rain didn’t melt me and it wouldn’t have any actual employees either! It won’t stop me from shopping here, just sad that paid employees can’t/ won’t do their jobs! Poor poor management. When you walk into this store it is very disgusting it’s dirty and nasty, we went in to get some hot food from the deli and it was disgusting they don’t care about how the food looks or is made the whole store has a nasty smell and is completely dirty and the restrooms are very very disgusting with broken toilet paper holders, broken stall doors just nasty all around. I don’t understand how they can let a store go down like this, also customer service is poor as well, we will not be buying anything here at all. Amigos needs to seriously look into this and make some serious changes to the whole store including...

Great grocery store. Always friendly, always seeing managers working. And they are always helpful when you're looking for something. It is also always clean inside. Their deli is getting a little better. I stopped ordering food there for about a year and a half after Adrian left. But it seems like they hired a woman that actually cares about the food they put out and I'm not talking about the manager in that department because she obviously doesn't care about the quality or appearance of the food they serve on the line. I was NEVER disappointed as long as Adrian was there. All in all Amigos is my store. They carry the best...
