Taco Villa — Restaurant in Amarillo

It all started when I made a phone call to see if they had there computer up the lane says I can't understand you and I spoke again and complete sentences and see hung up on me I'll just respectful and rude was that and last time when we went to go eat there the food tasted terrible like if it was sitting there since yesterday and the atmosphere was yucky because the workers didn't leave the baggage at the door when they came in and don't get me started on the terrible terrible I was the only one in line everybody was standing around doing nothing and myself my husband had to wait and wait and wait can you take the order we are usually very easy to please people but this experience was one of the worst I have a terrible food and terrible atmosphere and terrible service this will be the perfect place to go for you word retrain your employees to not be extremely rude and disrespectful toward any customer in the store or on the phone. Everyone has the right to be treated with respect unless otherwise show they themselves to be rude and disrespectful. Other than that take some Pepto-Bismol with you...

I don't live here but when we come here to work we go to taco villa the one on 1-40 was the worst one i ever ate at order cheese fries got some nasty burrito the girl makala that worked there tonight about 945 was so rude and was yelling at us and even yelled at the manager another man brought his food back cause it was wrong i didn't get a chance to check mine and take back cause they where closing and locked the door this is the worst taco villa ever we ate there last week same ordeal figured they where tired and let it go but twice in 2 weeks ! I grew up in Amarillo and have always loved Taco Villa. Anytime I come to town, I have to make a stop or two while visiting.

The bean chalupa and bean burrito extra cheese are my favorites. Everyone in my family loves the taco burgers.

This location was super clean. Miriam deserves praise! - While we were eating an elderly lady dropped her yeti cup that she just filled, ice and dr pepper went everywhere. The lady was apologizing saying she felt horrible for her accident.
