Kevin is A pleasure to talk to and deal with on the phone. The service guy Graham is very unprofessional. He is the type of person that is not honest or trust worthy. He did not do his job as far as servicing out my hot tub. A good service tech will look everything over and talk to the customer in regards as to what needs to be done. He did not do any of the sort. Then he had two invoices. I paid him $150. Cash while he was here and my daughter was calling in the remainder to pay with her card. The money I paid him was not turned in. When asked about it he said "oh I forgot". My receipt shows the $150 paid. So until the $150 was located my daughter did not pay the remainder of the bill. The day she was going to pay the bill Graham come back out and took the parts off of the hot tub without saying anything to me and left. The part he took was the heater pump. The next day I was finally able to reach Kevin about the situation and he had no idea what was going on. Graham calls me back later and I asked you what's going on and he said he took the pump that because he didn't want it harmed in any way. So where does he get off making that that statement? Then he makes the statement that my hot tub is not worth fixing and unrepairable. Well it was working fine until he took my heater pump off of it. He also nicked one of the wires to the board causing it to not read right and did not repair it. There was a crack in the PVC fitting and which we repaired ourself but I'm still at the heater pump and a nicked wire that needs to be fixed. Also I guess when he come took the heater pump out he was in such a hurry to leave before I could get ouy there that he cut my wiring!! So how professional is this guy? I sure wouldn't recommend him to work on nobody else's hot tub.!! And I sure would not trust him to be left alone...

We came home from vacation last October and hot tub not working. We called them for them to come look at and 6 months later they have never even came to look at it. I saw a hot tub and spa company from elk city Oklahoma. They came right away and diagnosed a bad Gfci switch on the cord. Ordered and when it came in they came and fixed it. A big shout out to Elk City...

Love Kevin and the service that he provides. We bought our tub 13 years ago and it is still in great shape. No matter what we need, Kevin is always more than willing to work with us and help.
