This place is getting a big L👎. Me and my wife were looking forward to some Ice Cream so we go to Harold's only to find it there's no bathroom anywhere on the entire premises, Alas the entire "Mill District" to use. So much for small local businesses we will just take our business to friendly's or big box store where they provide their customers as...
