Boy this place has changed over the years. Before the recession of 2008 it was a vibrant bustling center for commerce, offering everything form the mundane through to the exotic. Now the two big anchors are Target and Hobby Lobby. They've lost the high end furniture stores and added a (quite good) dentist. There's a mix of retail and some eateries, a Macaroni Grill, Habit and a Mexican restaurant (forgettable, not the best). There is AMPLE parking. PLENTY of parking. Just don't try to teach your kid to drive there because Festival security, roaming around in trucks, will stop that endeavor. The anchor grocery store, Pavilion's, is just plain awful. Go for the Target. Stay for the Macaroni Grill, leave because of the Pavilions. Anaheim PD is right across the street in case of melee, purse snatching, or other nefarious things people might get into. Easy freeway access, unless you're a robber, and then that left turn is brutal. A few other businesses include Ulta, Bank of America, Unique Alterations, Chipotle, and Bath and Bodyworks There's an outside elevator to reach the upper level parking area where you'll find Wood Ranch Restaurant, St. Jude Medical, and 24 Hour Fitness. A gas station is on the premises as well. There are no restrooms except the ones inside the stores and restaurants. This center is clean, has a very large parking lot, which is free and has many wheelchair accessible spots. The center is also very close to...

He told me that's not his area and to go to the front of the store and they could help you. I went to the front to asked if they had an item that I was looking for and the supervisor told me that they were in the back without letting me explain that I found the items but it was only one and that I need more. Then his answer was then we are probably out, without sending someone to check for me. Both employees should have helped me a little better. No stars from me because customer service is...
