This place is a flat out scam. Their Offer up page consist of blatantly false advertising and misleading prices. They advertise their items at 1/3rd their actual price. They are also NOT selling new items. All of their things are advertised as “never opened” when it is clear that the boxes have been opened and used before (boxes would be IMMENSELY damaged and have poorly applied scotch tape to reseal the packaging).I drove 1hr to their location for a ps5 being advertised for 215$ just for the man at the front desk to say that I needed to pay 215$ for 3 months (645). This is an insane markup to the original price of a ps5. Needles to say, I left empty handed. Others who have left low ratings have come into the EXACT same issue I did so I can confirm that there was no error on my end. Reading other reviews of this place brings to light the scam these people have been running and I recommend reading them before considering to go here. They have not only wasted my time but the time of others. I would NEVER recommend coming to the hdtv outlet and it has become clear as to why many of their locations have been shutting down.
Below is an image of their clearly false...
Read moreWARNING! I have to change my original review due to our experience here. Jonathan was very nice to my wife when she bought a TV. He showed her the remote and power cord and said he would put it in the box. She also checked the TV for any scratches. When we got home we realized that there was no remote nor power cord in the box and upon hanging the TV and turning it on, we noted a half inch crack on the bottom of the screen and a few other scratches. We believe it was a bait and switch. The box we left the store with must not have been the TV that we were sold. When we returned today to get a remote And inform them about the scratches, Jonathan became extremely ANGRY, claimed that we damaged the screen and then SLAMMED the remote into my wife's hands. We try to support local businesses but in this case it would've been better off going through Amazon or Walmart.. They will also post prices in Facebook Marketplace that are 1/2 the price of the product once you come in. They do this to promote their finance program.
I'M SURE YOU WILL SEE A NASTY RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW BUT YOU'VE...
Read moreThe small storefront is lit up with numerous HDTVs. I felt like there were too many choices (not a bad thing). For any HDTV newbie ask Carlos for recommendations. I suggest you be clear on what you need before going in. Carlos is very knowledgeable about all the TVs but you need to know what you want to get the best use of his knowledge. For example we needed 120Hz refresh for sports and HDMI 2.1 (PS5 XBOX, 8K) was secondary. There were multiple choices but we settled on a HDMI 2.0 set with 120HZ QLED. They have storage behind that looked 10x bigger than the showroom, so they have multiple units of most sets displayed in store. Impressed us and my buddy left with a new 70" TV. Did i mention we saved so much money he could buy a new...
