First time visitor taking my daughter and a friend. They had fun and an overall good experience. Big shout out to one of the employees who went out of his way to loan my daughter gloves from the lost-and-found (sorry I didn't get his name, but THANK YOU!). To make this an even better experience, it would be helpful for the website to provide information on what to expect and how to prepare. Parking: The multi-level parking structure across the street seemed to be where everyone was parking. I didn't see any signs directing people to park here. After turning on Clementine, take the first left (Lehman Way). The entrance to the structure is all the way at the end. There's a small parking area near the facility, but I was told it's almost always full. There's street parking if you have the patience to drive around in circles waiting for a spot to open up. When parking in the structure, grab your parking stub as you enter AND TAKE IT WITH YOU. Ask an employee to validate your parking stub. It's cold!! The skaters keep pretty warm because they are active, although my daughters hands were really cold to the point she needed to take a break. Be smart and bring gloves. If you're going to sit and watch your skaters (plenty of seating space), dress very warmly. I would guesstimate the temperatures were high 40's/low 50's. My hands were very cold even though I was dressed warmly. You can't just show up during the hours the rink is open. You need to find out when the public time slots are available (we had 3 time slots to choose from yesterday). Use the website to pre-pay for your public time slot and skate rentals. It's a good idea to arrive about 30 minutes before your ice time to allow for parking, skate rental, etc. Overall, a...

Haven't been here in years but recently started figure skating again, the pro shop is great and helped me out with some much needed skates. The public sessions are pretty empty Monday and Tuesday, it's packed on Saturday though so I would avoid it. I've seen the skate guards stand around and do absolutely nothing even if there's out of control skaters. Even the kids cutting across the ice with the ice aid seals. Most of the staff is friendly, some definitely more than others especially the Snackbar girl named Candy who is always friendly and remembers me and my friends since we come all the time. Freestyles here are a headache, certain coaches take over the ice time and have their skater run over anyone who isn't jumping doubles and triples. If your looking for a coach I recommend Kathleen, Arleth, Miriam,Kristina or Amanda. They all have been kind and caring, but still push you to...

Excellent ice skating facility. With a full size NHL hockey rink on the west side of the building that serves as the Ducks official practice rink. Great sight lines and an excellent ice surface makes for great games from 5 year olds to NHL players. On the east side of the building is a full size Olympic ice rink that hosts hockey games and also a practice facility for top level figure skaters. Less seats on this side but still great sight lines. In the middle of the two ice rinks is a lovely restaurant with tables located on the sides of both ice rinks. You can enjoy delicious food and alcoholic beverages while watching hockey and figure skating from a great angle and see the entire arena. Great facility, a must see if your a hockey or fugue...

I loved it here! The parking is interesting because there is only a small lot plus some street parking but there is a parking structure close by that i am sure you can pay to park. We did the free skate on Saturday night from 7-9pm and it was about 50 bucks for3 of us with skates and a sled rental . There was tons of staff and everyone was so friendly! The facility was nice and it looked like there was a bar upstairs between the 2 rinks. Might go without saying but if you plan on just watching, dress really warm and bring a blanket. They also have little helpers for the kids to rent that made the night much more fun for my little guy. We will definitely be coming back!!!

Haven't been here in years and it's just as I remember it. Came here for a little exercise in a public skating session that had about 40 minutes left. I brought my own skates and when I went to front desk to purchase ticket, the employee didn't notice I did need rentals until I pointed it out. Rink was surprisingly packed and full of people even on a rainy day. 25 minutes later I want to Snack bar and got nachos and gatorade. Fast and painless service and then went the last 5 minutes to do a couple laps before leaving. I plan to visit more often for my new years resolution so hopefully I'll stick to it.
