More than satisfied with the cut and the individual who cut my hair. My beef is with the manner I was greeted with. I walked in and no one acknowledged in was there. Today was my first experience with ROCO Salon. Walking in the facility is clean, modern, and friendly. Tana Baut was my stylist and she has magic hands! She took me a few minutes early which was great! She took the time to listen to my wants and wishes but ultimately I trusted her to work the magic, she is the professional after all. She shampooed and conditioned, cut blow dried, and styled my shoulder length hair and it was perfect! I highly recommend her...
