Last time we came in we had the $5 burgers and we were so impressed that we decided to come back today however this time we were seated after 5 mins of waiting for someone to seat us, as soon as we were finally seated we told him that we already knew what we wanted and he just smiled and walked away, then we waited for the server to come back to our table and order our drinks... Mind you we had our little boy with us and he was even asking where the server was.... 15 mins sitting and not even drinks ordered. The server seen us and walked past us like 10 times. We decided to go elsewhere. Seems as though maybe he's not good at multitasking but at the same time there was only 2 tables to serve so I see no reason for him to have been that slow and not even doing the basics like ordering our drinks within a decent time frame. We may be back but if we do we'll sit at the bar for service because that was ridiculous. We left because we didn't have all day long to sit there and be ignored like we weren't even there, not even drinks ordered after 15 mins of waiting in an empty restaurant is wild. Your wait staff needs more training or replaced.
I wasn't able to add another review so I'm adding to my previous review but this one's for a separate occasion. So last time we weren't happy at all with our visit because of being completely ignored for 15 minutes and we decided to give it another chance and to go sit at the bar on our next visit so we did and the female bartender was attentive while taking our orders, but she didn't know the menu and which burger is which, we finally got that straight... All good. We ordered beer on tap and she told us that the 24oz were on sale for $5 so we ordered 2 drafts. When we got our bill they were $11 each. We'd asked her why they weren't $5 like she initially told us? She went into the POS system and checked, then the other server walked up and told her only domestics were $5. Her response was... "Oh my bad guys." She didn't offer us any sort of compensation or anything for the extra $17 that I had to fork over for her huge mistake. I didn't make it a big deal because I didn't want her to have to eat that $17 because I knew she's inexperienced and she didn't do it on purpose but at the same token I could've had a 6 oz Serloin steak dinner for $17. I realize she's young but she needs to be shadowed until she's ready to be on her own. And I say this as a former restaurant GM people work hard for their money and they won't come back if they keep getting inconsistent service and ripped off. There's plenty of downtime in that restaurant to properly train your workers so there's really no excuse for it. On that note, we may be back we may not. Thank you for your time...
Read moreThe quality of this place has seriously gone down hill. I placed an online order tonight and was given a pick up time of 6:18. Let's start by saying $70 to feed a family of 4 is crazy but I had rewards for a free kids meal which helped some. I walked in at 6:15 and was told it would be a few minutes. There were 3 whole tables with people and they all had their food. While waiting I heard the server (female) give the cook my order verbally, three times. She asked if she could print it off and give it to him and his arrogance wouldn't allow it. "Just tell me again" was his answer. When the server checked my order she told him there was shrimp and loaded tots missing. 6 minutes later she had to ask again for the tots, and he tried gaslighting her saying she gave them to another table! Finally at 10 minutes past my order pick up time she asked him again for the order! She brought it out and I had to ask for the drink, something they forget every single time... get home and this food is terrible. The breading on the chicken is mush and falls right off. The chicken isn't "tossed" in sauce at all, but you can see dry marks where sauce was once drizzled over some of the chicken, not all of it. My kids burger is so hard the child couldn't bite the edges and just picked at the center. The tots were half raw. Just garbage all around. Cooks name was either Josh or John and he seriously needs re-trained. Either put some effort into the place or give up and close it down, but don't put this garbage out and call it food or service!...
Read moreOur family stopped in Saturday evening around 8pm. The place was not busy, four or five tables with people at them. The waiter that seated us acted like we were really an inconvenience to him. Didn't speak very loudly and was a little abrupt/ gruff. Noticed three dirty tables around us....guess that should have been our sign to leave. After about 10 minutes he came to get our order. Still didn't talk much...asked if we were ready to order and when we said yes just stared at us until we each placed our order. Never smiled, never really engaged. Brought our beverages ( Moscow Mule was weak). Brought our appetizer with our meals but didn't know which wings were sauced with what. The wings seemed a little overdone/ crunchy and sauce was just drizzled over them, not tossed in it. Husband asked for a water and never received it.Didn't see the waiter for awhile and we needed drink refills. A different waitress stopped by got us refills. He brings our check and says if we need boxes to go to let him know. During our time there we observed 2 groups of people come in and leave.
