I love the quality and the items sold here, no complaints there! I had my second child and was gifted a few items from different people from this shop, two of which I wanted to exchange (not return). Tags still on. I couldn’t find a phone number for the shop so I sent an Instagram message, Aug 1, then followed up a few days later. After three messsges the shop responded and apologized then said I could exchange with receipt (they could look up) Within 2 weeks. I immediately sent the name of the gift giver. They saw the message but didn’t respond. I followed up a few days later and they saw but didn’t respond. We are now past the two week return window even though I have tried to stay within it. The shops lack of response has hindered my compliance and I now have items that are brand new with tags I cannot use. I have screenshots of the conversation.

I was waiting for a pair of boots I ordered on-line to go with the dress to see how everything looked together. Once I received the boots, I ended up not liking how the dress fit on her; therefore, I took the dress back to the store the same day I received the boots. The tags were still on it and I had the receipt. I only wanted to exchange the dress for something different in the store. I was told I was 7 days past the time to return or exchange. The clerk called the owner, Robin, to see if there was anything she could do, and Robin said "no". My sister and I spent over $300 the day I bought the dress.
