I recently had the pleasure of dining at Grimaldis Pizza and I must say, the experience was delightful. The star of the show was definitely Nevaeh and her exceptional service.
First, let's talk about the food. The salad was fresh and crisp, with a variety of colorful vegetables that added a burst of flavor to every bite. It was the perfect appetizer to start off the meal.
Now, onto the pizza. Grimaldis Pizza is known for their delicious, thin-crust pies and they did not disappoint. The crust was perfectly crispy, while the toppings were generous and flavorful. Each bite was a heavenly combination of cheese, sauce, and toppings. It's safe to say that the pizza was the highlight of the meal.
But what really made the experience memorable was Nevaeh's service. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic dining experience. Nevaeh was quick to recommend her favorite pizza combinations and made sure that our glasses were never empty.
Her friendly and personable nature added an extra layer of enjoyment to the meal. Nevaeh's attention to detail and genuine care for her customers truly sets her apart. It's clear that she takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond to make sure that every customer leaves satisfied.
Overall, my experience at Grimaldis Pizza was fantastic, thanks in large part to Nevaeh and her exceptional service. The salad and pizza were delicious, but it was Nevaeh's warm and attentive nature that made the experience truly memorable. I highly recommend visiting Grimaldis Pizza and requesting Nevaeh as your server for an unforgettable...
Read morePizza was fantastic, the best around. Salad (was a freebie so that's nice) but it wasn't very good. I was really excited about the pizza, but it cost us 73 dollars for 2 pizzas (1 small and 1 medium with 5 total toppings) and 2 cokes. That's before tip. They werent even larges or fully loaded up or anything. Dare I say it's just not a fair price for what you get. Side note They are sneaking in a 4% charge on the bill labeled with some acronym. I was told it's to help the kitchen staff with inflation. Normally I'd be all about the kitchen getting tips, but at these prices any extra charge to help pay the staff seems out of place. That bill already had quite a bit of sticker shock; it quickly soured the mood from "best pizza I've had" to something else. You could tell the staff was used to and frustrated with complaints about this extra charge that isn't labeled clearly or identified clearly ahead of time. Absolutely no reason not to clearly label the charge on the bill unless you don't want people to know what is/why it's there. Spent the whole ride home thinking it was a rip off, so its doubtful I will go back. Too bad because it is amazing pizza.
Update after response-
Thanks for the response. I sincerely hope your employees aren't affected. Your prices are inline if not well above what others charge while providing benefits to their staff. My chief complaint wasn't so much the charge itself, but how it seemed "hidden". That said, I respect you for trying something new(around here anyway) , but being willing to change up when maybe the new isn't landing like...
Read moreGrimaldi’s has been a favorite of mine since their opening so tonight I celebrated my birthday with my sister and niece. I ordered a calzone and when it arrived it was overflowing with ricotta cheese, which wasn’t noted on the menu or mentioned when ordering so I was unaware that this was as the manager explained “a traditional Italian calzone.” Totally understand that, no biggie. I don’t enjoy ricotta cheese and because it wasn’t noted or explained, I asked if it would be possible for it to be re-made and the manager reiterated several times how expensive it is to remake it, that it’s a tough spot for them and implied that I should have known that it was a “traditional Italian calzone,” in a very unapologetic way. I’m not one to complain or leave a negative review, however, both the manager and waitress were quite condescending and rude throughout this interaction. Less than five minutes after the re-made new calzone arrived, the waitress asked if I wanted the food boxed up and if we were ready for our checks. Because I was still eating, we politely said we needed a few minutes and she came back about 3 minutes later to ask again; there was a $25 gift card left in with my bill, which I do appreciate, however when I left it in with the bill to be used towards my bill, only my card was ran. Overall a frustrating and disheartening experience for a mom looking to celebrate a birthday with good food, good company and a good vibe on the patio without kids for the evening. Such a bummer and...
