Rally House Briarwood — Attraction in Ann Arbor

I did a return of 2 t shirts. The male clerk asked why I was returning them. I said because We didn’t care for these two T-shirts. We had bought several T-shirts to take home and try. He then picked up each T-shirt and looked at it through the light and examine them for several minutes. I asked him what he was doing, and he said, looking for damage and holes. These T-shirts were obviously both brand new with the tags on them. He made me feel like I was trying to pull something over on him. I was embarrassed in front of other customers. He finally processed my refund but gave me wrong information about my refunds. Rally house needs to do a better job with training...

Haven’t been to this store since it was the M-Den and wow what a change! The store is so full and has so many more choices for Michigan clothing! I was super impressed with the customer service from the manager Ryan! He was super friendly, had such a sweet nature about him (he was so nice to my little girl!) and he was very knowledgeable! I struggled to find a size I needed and he had it shipped to my house for free!!! The mall in general is getting so much better but I’ll definitely be coming back to see Ryan and shop at this rally house!! Great job on...

Very disappointing compared to the M-Den. Have been traveling from out of town for over 15 years to go to Michigan sporting events, and would always stop at the M-Den. Went to Rally House for the first time yesterday and it reminded me of a thrift store. So many racks jammed in the store that you couldn't find anything. No sort of organization. Nike retail price tags that were $75 with Rally House price tags of $90. The associate behind the counter was more interested in playing on his cell phone instead of helping customers. No thanks! Won't be visiting this...
