Booked this location for a 1-hour foot massage. Arrived on-time. Did not get a greeting upon entering. Upon entering, I noticed two guys, one who had just walked in, and they shook hands. Not sure if they both worked there or not, but I felt as a paying customer, I should have received some type of “welcome” greeting from someone – that is just common courtesy/customer service. Even though I had booked a 60- minute foot massage on-line, the person who was at the front desk asked me if I was there for a 30-minute massage. I was confused and had to pull out my phone to show him that I had booked a 60-minute massage. The foot massage itself was just ok. I did request a “senior massage therapist” when I booked on-line. Not sure if the person who did my foot massage was a senior massage therapist. I didn't get an introduction from him. The guy was very heavy handed and there were moments where the massage was way too painful. After the massage was over, and I put my shoes back on, I arrived back to the front desk. There were no questions asked like, “how was your massage?” but the guy (same guy that did my massage) did ask me how much tip I’d like to leave. Typically, from my experience, the massage therapist will tell you where your trouble spots were. I tried to ask, but didn’t get any information from the guy, who seemed only interested in how much tip I’d be leaving. Overall, not the best experience. I won’t return and will look for another spot for my...
Read moreMe and my husband went to this place without an appointment, but the staff accommodated us. My husband got a full body massage from Mike. My husband is very happy with the massage as he felt relaxed and stress-free after it. Mike is very caring, professional, and friendly. My right foot always aches due to swollen ankle, flat foot, bunion, and arthritis. At bedtime, I get a burning sensation. Podiatrist told me to get the surgery done to fix all these problems. But I just decided to check if the foot reflexology will work for me or not. Believe me, after this foot massage the pain has been significantly reduced. The swelling in my ankle did not go away completely but my foot is way less achy than before. I did not get any burning sensation at bedtime. The inflammation got reduced and blood circulation got improved. I am getting a restful sleep since that day. I recommend this foot massage to try ones and later on, you can decide what is the best for you. Mr. Choi provided me these services. He is very friendly and professional. His technique on all pressure points helped relax the tight muscles specially in my right foot. He recommended me a few short stretching exercises as well. I am definitely going to revisit this place as this was the most relaxing experience...
Read moreI received a foot massage. A couple issues came up; I scheduled online, they called and the appointment was confirmed, but when I showed up they said the appointment was an hour later. I showed them the email confirming the time I was there, but they could not accommodate me for the scheduled time, and said to come back in an hour. Not great, but I could accommodate. I have some spots that are painful, but the therapist continues as they would normally. The technique is good, but they do not have the capacity to provide attentiveness to an individual client's unique needs. They charged more to use a credit card, and actually verbally complained that I didn't tip enough. I wasn't particularly pleased with the service and to have that response even when a decent, if not extremely generous, tip was still given. It's a tip. They aren't waiters who are reliant on tips to be whole. A tip is freely given by a customer that is pleased with service. Most will have a fine experience I suspect, but my experience was not good. Take it as you will; technique is good, price is fair, scheduling may be suspect even if confirmed, they will not be accommodating of individual adjustments to massage, and expect a 20%+ minimum...
