I wish I could give 0 stars. I have never written a bad review before but need to here. I made the mistake of purchasing a groupon for haircut and style and left with neither done and ended up just doing it myself. They did not have proper hair brushes or blow dryers, nor any knowledge or experience with different hair types. Their idea of blow drying was sticking me under a blow drying seat until my hair was a dry damaged afro because they were too lazy to do it themselves, and then insulted me saying my hair was too wavy (and continued to trash talk about me in Korean).
