Sun's Hair Design — Attraction in Annandale

So let me start off by saying Sua is amazing and always does an AMAZING job on my long hair! She is such a hard worker and so kind.

The problem is with the owner. The first time I got my hair straightened it was $400. I was informed that the second time would be less for a root touch up.

Flash forward to 6 months later and I went in to get my roots touched up. Trusting the establishment as an honest one I did not ask for the price. When I went up to pay I was charged $400. I told the cashier about the situation and she said she was not there so she didn’t know.

I left and then pulled up my bank statement from that day. So I went back to show them the proof. And the owner said it doesn’t matter because I have long hair and so I’m charged that much. He actually didn’t even come talk to me and just told the front to tell me that.

They also used significantly less product and time for the touch up. So I don’t understand why I’m charged the same both times. In conclusion, Sua is AMAZING, go get your hair done by her. I can’t say the same about the owner so definitely ask prices beforehand because clearly they change based on the...

I came into the shop unsure of the outcome because I wasn’t sure if my hair could be styled into what I wanted. It was my first time ever going into a salon so I was admittedly a little nervous. But that nervousness quickly disappeared, the lady working at the front was very nice to me and the environment in general was all very nice. I got a to wear a fancy robe as I enjoyed getting my hair washed and prepped. Juno, the person who styled my hair was great, he listened closely to what I wanted and really did an amazing job with my hair. I was afraid it was going to be too curly but I came out exactly how I wanted and took less time than I thought it would. The other lady who helped and washed my hair was very nice as well. Overall I had a great experience there. And for any watch lovers out there, Juno has an insane piece on his wrist. I’m pretty sure it was a yellow gold Audemars Piguet watch with a rubber bracelet. I came here for a haircut today and Juno did an amazing job, I showed him a photo of a butterfly cut with curtain bangs, and he executed it perfectly. The haircut here also came included with a shampoo wash, (which is great, since other places usually charge extra).

I was very happy with the end result, how healthy and light my hair felt, and how beautifully he styled my new layers!

It was my first time trying this salon, and trying a new style since I see Butterfly Cut popular lately online, and I'm happy I took a chance and went to Sun's Hair Design. I recommend Juno 10/10, he was confident, worked precisely, and with skill!
