I only drove by. Was looking for Berry's Bakery, not there any more. Berry's was a great bakery! It is sad to see old businesses closed and they had a great name and producers. Landlords raise rents and let properties run down for lack of maintenance. Example letting garbage pill up and parking lots go. It is hard to keep a business going - labor cost, multiplies go up. I fight that with inflation I have cut back eating out and have stop doing things. I wash my own cars and stop spending for trips. I see extra fees for resort fees and staffing shortages. Read moreThis Super Mercado belongs on Rodeo dr. The color combinations are sublime and promote joy. You don’t see that feeling being spread around much anymore. Inside was a surprise for the ways in which the department heads have really fine tuned there niches. The result is that the deli and bakery and butchers have put themselves fully into what they are purveying and in doing so give you the tools to imagine that you could be anywhere in the world. Read moreThe food counter inside this store is a favorite spot to grab a quick bite to eat. Not a fan of the meat department as it can smell a bit fishy and raw meat smells aren't inviting. Not a large selection of produce, but it's a quick grab and go for limes, onions, tomatoes, peppers and avacado.... all your necessary items for pico de gallo and guacamole. Polite employees just not as friendly as other Hispanic Markets...
