Lee was awesome. After having my septum piercing done wrong last year at another piercing shop, I waited until the hole closed up and I could find a reputable place around the area. After being referred to Indigo from my esthetician, I decided to give it a try. I explained what happened with my septum piercing last year and Lee took time and care to ensure she did a good job, although she probably wouldāve anyway even without this knowledge. She was thorough with explaining the entire process front to back and had the most gentle touch out of any piercer Iāve ever been to. Iāve never felt such minimal pain while getting a piercing before. Iāve gone to quite a few piercing places around the East Bay over the years and have had a few not so great piercings done. There was such a big difference in professionalism and skill here than Iāve ever experienced.
I will definitely be back to get my nostril pierced here next. I live in Walnut Creek and it was absolutely worth the drive. I just adored this shop and donāt have enough good things to...

We were told again that, due to the lack of a customer database, we needed to provide full documentation. We came prepared with my stepsonās birth certificate, my ID. But my wife ended up texting over our marriage license to proceeded.
What caught me off guardāand frankly felt deeply inappropriateāwas the repeated comment: āI donāt know who you are. You could be their uncle for all I know.ā As a stepparent, hearing that said in front of my stepkids was demoralizing and left us all feeling uncomfortable and dismissed.
I get that routines and scripts come out quickly in customer service. But words matterāespecially when speaking to blended families. I hope this serves as a reminder to handle those situations with a little more care...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBoth piercers are very professional, knowledgeable and likable. Iāve gotten my left nostril and septum done here. I went in wanting to get a gold septum ring to match the rest of my jewelry but after discussing everything with my piercer he encouraged me to buy something cheaper for the healing process (itās better to have a big ring while it heals and I was planning on downsizing once completely healed) that way I donāt waste money on a piece of jewelry that I most likely wouldnāt wear again. I truly appreciated that because instead of trying to upsell me just for profit he kept it real and did what was best for me and not...
