Cato Fashions — Attraction in Apache Junction

My wife patronizes this establishment constantly, so I'm in here quite often. The staff is both welcoming, warm, and polite. They always seem to have what my wife is looking for; on the off chance that they don't, they do their utmost to help locate similar items.

My only problem is the occasional racist snowbird that comes in and treats the latin employees in a poor manner. As I'm former military, it takes a lot of fortitude on my part to keep from yelling at these customers and their disgusting attitude to an otherwise professional staff.

10/10; I'd be okay with my wife dragging me here again.

I gave 1 star because: be very careful when you go in. If you bought something full price and you go back to return it make sure they're NOT giving you the price that it went on sale for back. There was a young girl that worked there that was trying to point out to some Spanish women ( I believe her name was Yasinia, something like that) is that when the customer bought the item it was full price.. But she kept getting accused of double scanning it.. Many people were there to see the truth. Expects us to be flexible with their covid policies but won't accommodate customers. Staff was relatively kind (corporate policy not their fault) but zero customer service. Everyone was hit hard by covid but to have one sided policies is showing lack of care for customers. No try on but you can go "expose" clothes to your home and return them.... but take a cut in credit price if not back fast enough. Despite being told they would be flexible with returns due to their reduced hours. Will never return...
