If I could give this location -5 stars I would. I've previously written a review below but it wouldn't let me do another so here I am on my boyfriend's Google. DO NOT ORDER FROM OR GO TO THIS LOCATION. We totally forgot about our previous experiences when we ordered for dinner tonight. We ordered online. When I walked in and asked for my order, to they said they hadn't started to make it yet because they didn't have the foot long Oreo cookies or pretzels. I was like okay so will I get a refund and they were confused. So one employee called her manager and the manager said we couldn't get a refund. She said we couldn't get a refund because those items were discontinued in the system and they didn't have the money in the system for it. We paid for it all so how? I asked for a gift card in exchange and was told no. This was about $15 worth of stuff that was "not available". The manager said we could get chips and drinks instead. We didn't pay for $15 worth of chips and drinks. So I asked for at least another sandwich. One employee kept apologizing. I get none of this was their fault. They then told me they didn't have marinara for one of the sandwiches. They also didn't toast the sandwiches or put any sauces on one of the sandwiches. So basically we ordered things a certain way and they did not make them that way. Whoever owns this subway should take hints from the owner that owns the one on Idaho. The worker Sandra (older Hispanic lady) was extremely rude when I was asking for things. Kept sighing and saying "Really?". Making rude noises. I also asked for pickles and she put two on. I politely asked for extra pickles, she sighed and put one on...ONE. I used to work at subway for months and i know the minimum is 3 per sandwich and if they ask for more, just give them it. I have ordered my sandwich with extra pickles for almost 10 years.. never have oi had an issue. So after everything I ask her "Can I please just get a few more pickles?" as nice as I can. She of course says "That's three times you've asked for pickles. Are you serious?" WHAT. For real.... she asked me if i was serious.. lol All the customers in line behind me were like what....
At the end I told her my sandwiches were on separate orders and i had two cards. She told me the total for both. I told her again that they were separate. Again she told me the total for both.. I showed her my cards and said they were two orders. She rolled her eyes and said "They are two orders? Seriously?" i was like "That's what i said twice."

My friend had a $15 gift card and wanted to use it and pay the difference. Total was 21.88 for 2 6in sub meals. She swipped her gc and it was declined. He had her scan it 3 times. Didn't work. There was a young guy and a manager. She was on the phone with her earpod and not addressing the situation. My friend decided to pay with debit and her debit was declined too. Again swipped it a couple times. Then he tells us the card reader has been acting up ALL DAY! He said to go into Walmart and get cash. NO. GC and debit was how she wanted to pay. So we asked since the food was already made and for our troubles, can we have the meals or at least the drinks. He said no, took them off the counter and took them to the back. Manager still on phone and ignoring us. They started telling people cash only. We walked out. I did contact corporate. Have heard anything from them yet.
