There really should be a negative star. I have eaten at KFC since I was a small child. Never have I been so pissed off about going to a fast food chain than I was this evening. I get people don't care any more about anything but listen up generation X there are still a few of us who care what kind of service we get. Running short on time and thought I would stop and grab dinner on the way home. Since when can I not just order a dinner with out a drink and not get charged for a drink. This is ridiculous!!! I just wanted a dinner with chicken and sides like I have gotten for so many years before. If I want a drink I will order a drink. I didn't know we all had to keep up with McDonalds. What # please. When I say I don't want a drink and a cookie I expect to only get charged for my dinner not the drink and cookie also. When I asked at the window "oh, I don't get a discount for not having the drink and cookie?" the snotty blonde with the nose piercing "no!". Then I get home and you can't even get the order right! HELLO!!!!!! This will be the last time I go and eat at the location on Apache Trail and Meridian. I will make sure I drive back out of my way and go to Power and Main where the customer service is real and they don't charge for items you do not take. My mother just got home crying after ordering food for her and I. My mother is deaf and can slightly hear with her hearing aid, but she is able to speak very clearly. She had asked for a drumstick and thigh regular and a drumstick and thigh crispy, she even told them that she would check to make sure that itās correct. When she got her order she checked and they only gave her two crispy thighs, no drumsticks. She went back to tell them that they got her order wrong, they looked at the receipt and told her that thatās what she paid for (I even looked at the receipt and sure enough thatās what was put down). They then had the audacity to tell her that the next time she wants to order that she has to go inside to order. No, it is literally labeled on every drive thru window for every fast food that if you are hearing impaired you can go to the window and order. These workers are ignorant and discriminating towards deaf people. Anyone who is hearing impaired have a right to go through the drive thru just like hearing people and for them to treat any deaf person like...

If I owned this location he would have been fired on the spot. Sadly two other employees working with him should not be included in this bad review.
They were semi busy 1 person inside waiting 2 cars in the drive-thru, that is it. But instead of taking our order he told them to do anything but wait on us. So we waited 20 minutes to get our order taken and another 5 to get it together. 5 Minutes and he would not let the either 2 wait on us. For no reason. The 2 employees look like they were very capable of doing multiple items. They were very pleasant. The Manager that usually waits on us is so great and we love stopping here. And after the thousands we have spent for the last 5 years at the two Mesa KFC (at least $30 or more a week) for our rescue dog that will starve himself then eat dog food, and he has tried. The only reason the Vet said he does this is because he was on the street for 2 years and must have eaten people food. But also we like KFC so it is always good. But I will not tolerate this kind of treatment ever again. Martin is a sad excuse...
