We have been going to this location for years now, but only recently have they really started to go down hill. Ever since I downloaded the Starbucks app it has been my favorite way to order and receive points towards free things. At first when I placed mobile orders from this location it hadn’t been a problem, then I started noticing a trend of mess ups. Now every time I place a mobile order it is a big hassle and they argue with us. The last several times they tried not to give us our full order. They started by leaving out food items, which I justified in different ways, but then it has been actual drinks. I have to argue with them every time and show them the order on my phone to prove I’m not lying. The last time I placed a mobile order my husband picked it up. He went through the drive thru (as that’s how I ordered it to be picked up) and they gave him 2 coffees but I ordered a third. He argued with them for a while but then felt pressured to leave the drive thru since there were other cars behind him and the employee wasn’t budging. He called me and I had to screen shot the order and send it to him. He ended up having to go inside to show them he was missing a drink. A different person helped him and said they remembered making that drink. Sure enough they found it right next to the person who helped him in the drive thru. When that employee saw my husband in there and realized what had happened they just kept saying they couldn’t read it and that’s why they missed it. I’m not sure why they couldn’t read it, but unfortunately this location keeps getting worse and worse. We will just have to drive further to a different location to avoid this type of hassle. The reason for the extra star is that the drinks and food items we got all at least...
Read moreThey made my drink iced when I asked for it to be hot and she even confirmed it to be hot when she read me back the order. That wasnt a big deal but when I ask for them to make it hot (while its 40°F outside in other circumstances I would've took it iced but it was cold it, would've gone to waste) and the barista rolled her eyes and gave me alot of attitude. She then comes back to hand the drink to me and I asked if she put soy cause that's what I asked for and that's what I paid extra for. She then stares at me for a moment and reluctantly and slowly said yeah and of course that's not convincing but I didnt want to push the situation further so I said thank you and left. It didnt taste like it had soy but I ignored it but I'm lactose intolerant so it did not take long for my stomach to begin to gargle. It would've been fine if it was a accident but the barista straight up lied and that's what I think is not cool. I paid for my drink, I was kind (I worked in food industry so I know what it's like) but overall I'm not coming back cause this isnt the first time me and my family has had a...
Read moreFor the longest time I went to the frys star bucks the staff over there was always rude made me feel like I was inconveinging them by just comeing in. However the girls over here are down right incredible. They always have a smile on there face and always are in a joyful mood it's such a relief. I had completely given up on Starbucks and coffee in general as I have a stomach ulcer and Starbucks was the only coffee I could drink without haveing related issues. But my friend who was working here through collage told me to give it a try that the staff was so much kinder. I'm so greatful she encouraged me beacuse I love how kind and friendly the staff is. There always doing there best to make sure you're happy. By far my favorite Starbucks location thank you staff for all you do! Thank you for counting to work during...
