Posting as seen on Whatsapp;

Anyone like to try Dosa batter made in future using Time Machine.. it’s available in Suvidha Apex. You can buy the product manufactured on April 14,2024 from Suvidha Apex.

My husband went to Suvidha apex to buy dosa batter at 6.20 pm today. At 7.15 pm I found out this is expired by03/10/24 . Immediately I went to the shop by 7.30 pm and a lady came to help. I told her I accidentally opened it. I told her I did not put spatula in it. I actually opened the seal not lid. She insisted that it is packed date not expire date. I said I have bought this exact brand where always the future date will be printed. I asked her for exchang she asked me to go get same one from the counter. I got one with date 4/15/24 and brought it to her where she rudely in high tone said she won’t exchange because I opened it. Don’t she know before she asked me to fetch one, also I explained her showing the date on both batter container to see the one my husband bought a hour earlier is expired that she can confirm by comparing both the batter date.

She refused to exchange, so I got upset and said ok u can keep the batter and took two step away from counter , that’s when I remember to get my receipt that I gave her. so when I turned to ask she rip it in front of me and throw that in trash. So I ask is this how u treat ur customer and u are going to lose one she said it’s ok to lose me as customer. So I asked my receipt back she said she can’t give she disposed it as I said to keep the batter. When I said I ask her to keep the batter not the receipt she refused to talk to me and started ignoring me and stopped responding to me. When I insisted and yelled for receipt she called the other guy from another counter for helping me . He said he will help I waited till the customer who was currently billing his items.

When he asked to wait so he can bill next customer I said no I can’t since I am waiting for a long time. I apologize to that customer ( he asked that billing person to help me first) as he was so understanding. Then this guy asked me what is the issue I asked are u are having dosa batter manufactured from the future and I explained and asked him to take a look at the both the container date. When this guy try to explain the lady , she acted like this is the first time she is seeing the date and really thought it is manufactured date. Even small kids if they compare both the date they will know. This guy finally gave me the exchanged product. But I did not get an apology from the store or a guarantee from them that they will remove the expired product. If any one purchased Sri Ganesh dosa batter from Suvidha Apex u can check the date on top of the lid.

Thanks for reading this. I just need to vent. That lady used to talk very friendly to me before. I don’t know what got into her today. Whatever this is it is not a right way to treat the customer. Definitely not going to Suvidha again. As a business they are ready to lose customers and even their employees says it’s okay to lose customers(not ready to accept their fault) why should I visit them as they are...

I recently had the misfortune of purchasing spoiled tomatoes from Suvidha International Market, and it was a stark reminder of the importance of quality control in the fruit and vegetable industry.

Appearance: 2/5 The tomatoes appeared slightly wilted and soft to the touch, with visible signs of mold and discoloration. (I have attached a photo of the rotten tomatoes for reference).

Taste and Texture: 1/5 Unfortunately, the tomatoes were far past their prime. They had a sour, unpleasant taste and a mushy texture that made them unsuitable for cooking or consumption.

Value for Money: 1/5 Priced similarly to fresh tomatoes, these spoiled ones were a blatant rip-off. Customers expect a certain level of quality when purchasing produce, and Suvidha International Market failed to meet even the most basic standards.

Customer Service: 1/5 When I brought the issue to the store staff's attention, they seemed apathetic and unhelpful. No attempt was made to resolve the issue or offer a refund or replacement.

Overall Experience: 1/5 Selling spoiled tomatoes at Suvidha International Market is a disappointing and unscrupulous practice. It's essential for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain quality standards to build trust and loyalty.

Recommendation: Until Suvidha International Market implements quality control measures, I suggest avoiding purchasing produce from this store. Instead, opt for fresh produce from reputable sources to ensure a satisfying culinary experience.

Here is my sickening experience today at suvidha apex. Please be alert while billing here.

I purchased items for $30.32 and handed over $40 bill (one 20$ and two 10$) This was that one day when I forgot my card and paid in cash. The cashier was a careless person(I ask her to put the items In the jute bag, but she still fills them in the plastic bag, not paying attention to what I’m saying)The cashier counted the notes and asked for 32 cents, i thought she wanted 32 cents as she did not have change of 9$ and 68 cents. But, I didn’t have change either.But later when I received the printed receipt, I realized that she billed as if I paid 30$. I told the cashier that I had given 40$, she said no to it and looped me to some one else. That person reviewed the video footage and said that it was 30$ only. I insisted to review the footage myself. Video footage did not reveal ‘all’ the notes clearly. Also, I was shown some excel files(!!!) to prove that I paid 30$ and not 40$ . Honestly, the excel files hardly had any relevance to what the issue was. After nearly 45 minutes, the staff repaid the 10$ back after stating that he wasted 30 minutes!!!!!

Please be careful with the billing here and also when you make cash payment. Thankfully, the gentleman standing behind me in the billing queue mentioned that I handed over one 20$ and two 10$ bill. otherwise the carelessness of the cashier would have costed me...

Abomination of a desi kitchen!! This review is not about the grocery store. Grocery store is okay, big, well stocked, well priced etc.......however the food their kitchen serves is the worst Indian food you can get in the area. Suvidha at Morrisville is famous for its samosas so I tried their food at the new Apex location. Bought their "Tandoori Chicken" which did not look or taste anything like it. It was some kind of oily chicken with a lot of oily sauteed onions (a ton of them), and capsicum. I would have accepted it as is if it tasted good. But it failed even on that front. Just stale, hard to chew chicken leg pieces heavily salted and randomly spiced did not taste good at all. Then their chicken biryani failed miserably too. It was like a tava pulav with some chicken leg pieces thrown in as bonus, without much marination or spice. What a shame. I have not tried their curries yet, but I am sure they will be in the same category, so no thank you. They should fire the entire kitchen staff and get some real cooks or just close the kitchen otherwise they are bound to lose a lot of customers.

A Mix of Blessings and Frustration - A Review of Suvidha Apex I have mixed feelings about Suvidha, Apex. On one hand, their selection of Indian groceries is impressive and a blessing to have in the neighborhood. However, the store's poor management makes shopping there a curse. The aisles are cramped, with more than half of the space taken up by stock. The stockers seem to lack awareness of customer convenience, constantly restocking during peak hours, causing congestion and chaos. To top it off, the staff appears to be unfriendly and unconcerned with customer satisfaction. My recent shopping experience was frustrating, to say the least. I left feeling annoyed and disappointed. While I appreciate the store's diverse offerings, the poor management and disregard for customer experience make it challenging to enjoy shopping there. If you're willing to tolerate the chaos, Suvidha might still be worth a visit for its selection. However, be prepared for a potentially stressful shopping experience.
